• 2 - 6 years of software development experience in a professional environment
• 2.5 - 3 years of relevant experience in Node.js
• Experience in Android applications, directives, services etc.,
• Experience with Bootstrap 4.x+ (or internal framework)
• Experience in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript
• Able to integrate and use external (open source) libraries
• Develop high-performance and scalable APIs to serve clients.
• Experience in the creation of scalable RESTful APIs
• Experience in writing reusable, testable and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of well-written APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, ability to learn quickly and a willingness to work and add value to the team
• Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Android, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UIUX design
• Experience in the creation of scalable RESTful APIs
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
• Good to know cloud technologies like AWS Google Cloud Azure, etc

Mandatory:

• 4-7 Experience in React JS,  (ReactJS 2.5yrs compulsory)
• Optional:

Knowledge in UX/UI design, Azure DevOps, Test Driven - and Domain Driven Development

• Developing of complex IT systems with various system integrations and configurations

You'll be an integral part of product development team working collaboratively with cross functional team of business heads, product managers, credit risk experts, data scientists and technologists to iteratively design and build fintech products. Requirements:

We are looking for people who are truly full stack, and are as comfortable working on javascript front end as they are debugging database interactions, or improving their CloudFormation templates. While we are open to any degree and colleges, we are look for people who prides in being a coder and have demonstrable (3+ years) experience in software development. In particular we look for people who can:

• Code backend services, ideally using Node.js or Java, or other server side compiled language.
• Design and develop Rest API with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience of GraphQL is an advantage
• Develop modern and secure web front ends, ideally using React, Express and Redux.
• Interface with No-SQL/ MongoDB or SQL based data bases (PortgresSQL).
• Deploy their code into the cloud and support it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with kubernetes and serverless is an advantage.
• Deliver in agile manner while coding cleanly, automating testing and clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Takes ownership of a feature from the original idea through to live.

• Experience in evolving area like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, block chain etc. preferable.
• This position is for business development of IT division and not for serving exclusively captive requirement of Company.

Skill-Sets:-

• Thorough understanding of the profitable business generation in the field of IT
• Good analytical & conceptual skills, as well as team leader
• Thorough understanding of various applicable statutory / regulatory requirement related to IT business
• Good networking Skills
• In depth experience in the domain of e-Governance, software, e-procurement. Preferable experience of PKI.

Role& Responsibilities:-

• To lead organization and exploring various business opportunities and generate the profitable revenue from the various IT business streams.
• To analyse the risks and implement the best management practice to mitigate / transfer.
• To envisage the business needs and mobilise the adequate resources, so as to deliver the solutions / systems.
• To co-ordinate with Top Management for various matters.
• To manage the day-to-day all business affairs of the IT Business Division.
• To articulate the cost effective business solutions / models and convert the leads into the business.
• Any other job / activities assigned by the Company as deemed fit.
