Job Description for Inside Sales Executive

Modicle Studios is one the fastest growing 360 degree Marketing Communication Organisation based in Bhandup Mumbai.

For this expansion we are looking at a young dynamic Business Development Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Be part of the Business Development function so as to increase the Client Base and Revenue

2. Currrent Lead Management to convert them to prospective clients

4. Engagement of prospects on Linkedin. Work on Linkedin Navigator for generating new leads and keep engaging with them.

5. Organise Seminars/Webinars for prospective clients

6. Attending and Presenting Modicle Studios in Networking and Business Forums

Who can apply?

1. 3-5 Years’ Sales or Business Development experience preferably in a Service Industry

2. Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills

3. Willingness to travel and meet prospects in and around Mumbai

4. Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply

5. Should be willing to travel for client meetings and seminars

6. Knowledge of CRM software would be handy

PHP Developer Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
• Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
• Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Integrating data storage solutions.
• Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
• Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
• Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.

PHP Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel, MySQL, API Development, OAuth, JWT, Git.
• Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Previous experience creating scalable applications.
• Proficient with code versioning tools including Git.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good problem-solving skills.

WordPress developers should have the following skills:

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• In and out understanding of WordPress and theme - plugin implementations.
• Much has experience and knowledge in improving WordPress performance.
• Meeting with website functional requirements.
• Experienced in content structuring and code optimization.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools.

• Do you live by the mantra of “buck stops with me”. Seriously, we also don’t know who Buck is and we are also looking for him.

• Have you led a product team of 15+ members in the past to successful outcomes? Okay, we would love to talk even if you unfortunately ran into a failure.

• Do you speak both binary and Humanary? Python , dialect, to talk to geeks and the Humanary, English or Hindi dialect, to talk to Clients. 

• Do you practice Agility? No, we don’t mean asanas from Baba Ramdev but things like Scrum or Kanban

• Do you practice Curiosity over Complacency? I..e are you a lean mean learning machine?

• Can you envision a solution architecture after hearing the product's vision and user stories? Do things like scalability, performability, flexibility, maintainability give you goosebumps of joy?

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience selling

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving ability
