Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in various IT domains. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.

CTO + CoFounder wanted for our Tech startup where we're trying to build Connected Mobility in parallel to a "short videos app" meant for dashcam videos getting recorded straight from the user's smartphone. So you can say we're a TikTok of dashcam videos at the front.

Expecting the individual is capable & willing to work on these below languages-

Our backend codes are in CakePHP,
Admin Panel in Laravel,
Android is in Java.
No iOS app yet but we plan to roll it out soon.

Hence, we're expecting the CTO to be having fair idea/expertise about these languages. Also, we don't have an iOS app at this point, but it would be benefecial if there's a fair knowledge about iOS apps as well. Also, since the server being used is AWS we are hoping the person knows how to efficiently utilize various features of the same while linking the things.

Proposed Salary may be available only after angel investor, VCs come on board.

Responsibilities:

Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and look forward to automating them Create comprehensive test plans and execute them Support the development team in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments and do functional Cross-browser testing. Work in an agile team and adhere to agile best practices Maintain existing test frameworks/cases To use several testing techniques to track and address any discovered issues. To use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, and source control) to assist with daily tasks. Work with counterparts/clients on established quality assurance measures and testing Standards for new applications, products, and enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles Work in close co-ordination with the dev team to include test cases in the existing CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

Proven work experience in software quality assurance in a product based organisation. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Intermediate experience with automated testing tools. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
