Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals.

Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report the performance of content & campaigns using analytics tools.
Generate insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with other teams to create visually appealing and shareable content & support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, Competitors’ strategies, best practices and contribute innovative ideas
Ensure creatives adhere to platform guidelines and brand tone.
Provide briefs and client feedback to creative teams.
Client Coordination
Understand client objectives and expectations, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular updates.
Campaign Support
Support execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and collaborations.
Collaborate with other team members ensuring successful campaign execution & delivering results.
Reporting & Insights
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and performance gaps.
Provide recommendations for future improvements.
Present insights to internal teams or clients in a structured manner.
Platform Knowledge & Trend Awareness
Stay updated on ad platform changes, policy updates, and new features.
Explore beta features for more engagement
Experiment with new content formats and platform features to boost reach and engagement.
Apply learnings to improve ideation and performance.
Required Skills -
1-1.5yrs experience in Social Media Management
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience of digital advertising and campaign management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Experience in canva for Graphic & Reel creation is a plus

About the role
As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
- Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
- Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
- Communicate with users on a regular basis to understand how we can improve the product further and understand the problems faced by users.
- Run experiments to understand the processes which get the maximum conversion & ROI.
