We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in both React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-stack development principles and a proven track record of building and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack, who can act as a lead, demonstrating leadership qualities such as proactive problem-solving, mentoring team members, and driving the successful delivery of projects. The ability to guide and inspire the team while maintaining technical excellence will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).

• Handle direct communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, set technical direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to enhance performance, stability, and maintainability. Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development, incorporating relevant tools and techniques into our platform.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and systems, facilitating accessibility and reproducibility.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements:

• React.js: Proficiency in building user interfaces using React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

• Node.js: Experience in building server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.

• MongoDB: Knowledge of MongoDB for database design and operations.

• JavaScript/ES6: Strong understanding of JavaScript.

• HTML/CSS: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and front-end web technologies.

• RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. • Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.

• Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks.

• Deployment: Experience with deployment processes and tools (e.g., Docker, AWS)

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.

Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Creating Websites using standard HTML/CSS practices

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Programming, designing and developing content management systems, web services/APIs, backend and administration system using PHP/MySQL/JavaScript and open-source Frameworks Eg Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, and Slim etc.

Design application architecture design and maintain MY SQL databases & Tablets 

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software 

Write technical documentation

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Experience in web design and understanding of modern web designing tools like Axure, Marvel, or Figma 

Debugging, Troubleshooting and analytical and logical skills.

Familiarity with common stacks

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XHTML)

Knowledge of Microservices Architecture

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, AJAX), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a relevant field

Ability to work on unstructured Projects somewhat independently 

• Deep knowledge in designing and developing C# .NET based Web applications (MVC, Web APIs).

• Proficiency in managing SQL Databases and writing optimised queries.
• Should be able to work independently on a project
• Experience in at least one of the frond-end frameworks - jQuery / Angular / VueJS / Etc..

• Knowledge on AWS or Azure or similar cloud environment knowledge is nice to have
• SaaS based Product development experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Azure Functions or AWS Lambda is good to have
