Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who is eager to kickstart their career in software development. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow by working closely with experienced engineers on real product features that impact thousands of learners.

You will develop your skills by contributing to both frontend and backend codebases, primarily using React for building user interfaces and Node.js for backend services.

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code using React
• Support backend development and API integrations with Node.js(Express or NestJS)
• Help build responsive, accessible, and performant web and mobile interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to understand requirements and deliver features
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team meetings
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack
• Learn and apply best practices for version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement of code quality
• Continuously improve your skills through feedback, learning sessions, and hands-on experience

 Participate and contribute in platform requirements/story development.

 Contribute to the design and design alternatives to the requirements/stories and also participate in design reviews.

 Involved in Platform Sprint activities.

 Development of assigned stories in appropriate languages defined for each module.

 Develop Unit test cases and execute them part of continuous integration pipeline.

 Participate in peer code reviews

Years of experience needed –

 4+ years or more on Golang development.

Technical Skills:

 4+ years of development experience on Golang based development projects

 Mandatory Skills – Golang, AWS , JavaScript, CSS, HTML

 Must have experience in design and development of front end and back-end services for various business processes

 Good experience on Java, Spring boot & Microservices

 Experience using versioning controls such as GitHub

 Experience in working with SQL & NOSQL databases

 Understanding of containerization technologies such as docker, Kubernetes

 Good knowledge and hands-on on Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks

• Strong knowledge in .NET application development with hands-on experience in .Net core and azure.

• Develop code based on design/architectural patterns, adhere to coding standards.

- Experience in Drupal 7 of 5+ years.
