Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications while mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Implement best coding practices, reusable components, and maintain high-performance applications.

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
• Ensure the team follows best practices, development standards, and project timelines.

Backend & Database Management

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend logic.

Frontend Development

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Full-Stack Developer with a foundational understanding of software development, cloud services, and database management. In this role, you will contribute to both the front-end and back-end of our application. focusing on creating a seamless user experience, supported by robust and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code.

Qualifications
