Social Media Executive

We are looking for a talented Content Writer to create engaging blog posts, whitepapers, product descriptions, social media content, and web copy. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that drives engagement, strengthens digital presence, and supports lead generation. This role requires creativity, strong research skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to enhance content effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging, and innovative content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media, guides, whitepapers, and more.
• Develop compelling headlines and copy that attract and retain audiences.
• Conduct thorough research to produce fact-based and original content.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, designers, and creative teams for content planning and execution.
• Contribute fresh ideas through brainstorming sessions and content strategy discussions.
• Grow brand visibility on social media with creative content.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all content.
• Update and maintain website content when required.
• Edit and refine content created by other team members.
• Analyse content performance and make improvement recommendations.
• Identify content gaps and propose new topics.
• Create additional content formats such as e-books and podcast scripts.

Role Objective: To lead, manage, and direct the entire Façade Design Department, ensuring the

delivery of innovative, high-quality, and commercially viable façade solutions. This senior role is

accountable for the department's overall performance, strategic direction, resource management,

and technical governance, ensuring full alignment with the company's corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

 Departmental & Strategic Leadership:

o Assume full responsibility for the operational management of the Façade Design

Department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

o Develop and implement departmental strategies, technical standards, and quality

control protocols to enhance efficiency and innovation.

o Provide decisive leadership and mentorship to the entire design team, including

Senior Façade Designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

 Technical & Project Oversight:

o Hold ultimate accountability for the technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery

of all façade design projects, from conception to final execution.

o Provide expert oversight and final authority on complex design challenges,

ensuring all solutions meet the highest performance and regulatory standards.

o Ensure that rigorous performance assessments and quality checks are consistently

applied across all projects.

 Stakeholder & Client Management:

o Act as the company's senior technical representative in high-level negotiations and

strategic discussions with key clients, architects, and contractors.

o Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration between

design, sales, and project execution teams.

 Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

o Drive the research, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge façade

technologies, materials, and design methodologies.

o Ensure the department maintains a deep and current understanding of all local

and international building codes and regulations.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

 Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory. A

Master’s degree or a professional certification in Project Management is highly preferred.

 Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in the façade industry, with

at least 5 years in a proven leadership or managerial capacity.

 Technical Knowledge & Skills: The candidate must possess profound expertise in a wide

variety of façade materials and systems, complemented by outstanding leadership,

communication, and project management skills.

Reporting Structure:

 The position reports to the Head of Façade Design.

Requirements:

• Should have sound knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery & javascript.
• Should know MVC framework Yii/Yii2
• Knowledge of mobile app APIs, JSON, etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs.

Skills Required:

- Good experience with programming language Python

Java Full Stack Developer

• Previous working experience as a PHP Developer for 3 years
