What You Will Be Doing

• Build user-facing features using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Convert designs into responsive UI using Tailwind CSS and reusable components.
• Work with APIs to integrate frontend with backend services.

• Fix bugs, write clean code, and improve performance.
• Collaborate in a PR-based workflow on GitHub.

Role Overview 

The AVP – Engineering & Technology will own the entire technology ecosystem of the company end-to-end. This role is responsible for product architecture, engineering execution, AI strategy, platform scalability, security, and technical excellence across all products and services. 

This is a hands-on leadership role with complete accountability—from product vision to production reliability. You will act as the technical custodian of the company, working closely with the CEO, Product, Business, and Customers. 

This role is ideal for entrepreneurial leaders, ex-founders, or senior technologists who have built and scaled products and teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Technology & Product Ownership 

● Own end-to-end product engineering for all SaaS platforms and AI solutions

Experience & Background 

● 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

Sales Team Lead – creating and managing KPI & KRA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Team Lead who will be 

responsible for leading the sales team, setting clear KPI & KRA frameworks, and 

driving revenue growth. The role involves managing team performance, creating 

measurable targets, tracking productivity, and ensuring alignment with overall 

business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and monitor KPI and KRA frameworks for the sales team.

 Define clear performance metrics such as revenue targets, conversion rates, 

pipeline growth, client acquisition, and retention.

 Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company 

objectives.

 Track individual and team performance against KPIs and provide actionable 

insights.

 Continuously review and refine KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.

 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
• Writing and executing detailed test plans, test design & test cases covering feature, integration, regression, certification, system level testing as well as release validation in production.
• Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
• Good time-management skills and commitment to meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Automation - API and UI as well as Manual Testing on Web Application.

JOB PURPOSE
