About the Job – Account Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Engage an assigned portfolio of restaurants to help them derive maximum value from LimeTray's products.
• Act as a consultant to key accounts—resolving their needs using LimeTray’s solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
• Drive renewal revenue through proactive planning and support.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing clients to generate incremental revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, promoting trust and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, adoption, and churn for your portfolio.
• Create client success stories to support new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve regional product adoption strategies.

Salary:

2 months probation

• 15,000 stipend during probation

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – ₹ 4,00,000

• Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - ₹ 3,50,000
• Variable pay: ₹ 0 – ₹ 50,000

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Love of technology and experience with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, or Go
• Experience in full-stack development including designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing security, implementing frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing
• Experience with micro-services architecture
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
• Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software.

• 10+ years of experience in entire gamut of Accounts
• Regular accounting and periodical finalization
• Internal financial controls, systems & processes implementation, fine-tuning & adherence
• Decent Communication Skills and close interactions with all the Depts
• Budgeting, cash flow & MIS besides responsible for all statutory compliances which includes Taxation

The Role

We are looking for full-stack developers with experience in building user interface components for serverless applications using React. 

The role involves working with the product management team, understand the business requirements, and take full responsibility of design, development, test and release of the applications. 

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 
• 2+ years of experience in building web applications using React with strong CSS skills.
• Independently develop new user-facing features from designs and wireframes
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Good to have:

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of AWS platform and scalable application architecture
• Experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SCSS and LESS
