Key Responsibilities

·      Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

·      Identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors

·      Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice

·      Collaborate with writers and SEO teams to refine content for search optimization and readability

·      Perform fact-checking and verify sources to maintain credibility

·      Provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous content improvement

·      Monitor and enforce best practices for content structure, flow, and coherence

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

·      3+ years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or SEO-focused content

·      Strong command of grammar, syntax, and punctuation with exceptional attention to detail

·      Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content structuring for better search engine visibility

·      Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, CMS tools) and editing software (Grammarly, Hemingway or similar)

·      Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous improvement

·      Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

·      Understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs or other SEO analytics tools

To design, build, and optimize scalable data infrastructure and pipelines that enable efficient

data collection, transformation, and analysis across the organization. The Senior Data Engineer

will play a key role in driving data architecture decisions, ensuring data quality and availability,

and empowering analytics, product, and engineering teams with reliable, well-structured data to

support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance,

scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with the API team and Data Science team to build robust data pipelines and

automations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand database requirements and provide

technical solutions.

• Optimize database queries and performance tuning to enhance overall system

efficiency.

• Implement and maintain data security measures, including access controls and

encryption.

• Monitor database systems and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure uninterrupted

service.

• Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain data integrity.

• Create and maintain documentation for database architecture, processes, and

procedures.

• Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices to drive

• Expertise in SQL queries and stored procedures, with the ability to optimize and fine-tune

complex queries for performance and efficiency.

• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana to monitor database

performance and health.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data systems.

• Proven experience designing data models and access patterns across SQL and NoSQL

ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with technologies like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, GraphQL, or

vector databases.

• Proficient in SQL stored procedures with extensive expertise in MySQL schema design,

query optimization, and resolvers, along with hands-on experience in building and

maintaining data warehouses.

• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to write efficient,

maintainable code.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, data partitioning, and consistency models.

• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and

debugging production bottlenecks.

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), including networking, IAM,

and cost optimization.

• Prior experience building multi-tenant systems with strict performance and isolation

guarantees.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional technical

The client’s department DPS, Digital People Solutions, offers a sophisticated portfolio of IT applications, providing a strong foundation for professional and efficient People & Organization (P&O) and Business Management, both globally and locally, for a well-known German company listed on the DAX-40 index, which includes the 40 largest and most liquid companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

We are seeking talented DevOps-Engineers with focus on Elastic Stack (ELK) to join our dynamic DPS team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and advising on the further development of an existing monitoring solution based on the Elastic Stack (ELK). You will independently handle tasks related to architecture, setup, technical migration, and documentation.

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. DPS is committed to delivering the best digital work experience for the customers employees and customers alike.

Responsibilities:

Install, set up, and automate rollouts using Ansible/CloudFormation for all stages (Dev, QA, Prod) in the AWS Cloud for components such as Elastic Search, Kibana, Metric beats, APM server, APM agents, and interface configuration.

Create and develop regular "Default Dashboards" for visualizing metrics from various sources like Apache Webserver, application servers and databases.

Improve and fix bugs in installation and automation routines.

Monitor CPU usage, security findings, and AWS alerts.

Develop and extend "Default Alerting" for issues like OOM errors, datasource issues, and LDAP errors.

Monitor storage space and create concepts for expanding the Elastic landscape in AWS Cloud and Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE).

Implement machine learning, uptime monitoring including SLA, JIRA integration, security analysis, anomaly detection, and other useful ELK Stack features.

Integrate data from AWS CloudWatch.

Document all relevant information and train involved personnel in the used technologies.

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

Requirements:

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

This person MUST have: 

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent. 

- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud. 

- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing. 

- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles; contribute to testability & quality of software. 

- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide necessary assistance to engineers and stakeholders. 

- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Python] - Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes. - Hands on experience on Performance test angle.

Timings:

- 40 hours a week (9 PM IST to 2 AM IST(10 hours in your suitable time) , Monday to Saturday).
