What You’ll Do
- Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the founders on key HR transformation projects, including digital adoption, organizational design, and company-wide OKR tracking.
- Process & System Building: Collaborate with subject matter experts to build structured HR knowledge systems, create internal SOPs, and enhance documentation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on HR analytics, project milestones, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Technology Integration: Implement and manage tools and workflows using our HRIS (Zoho People), Notion, Excel, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Take the initiative to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements, ensuring our HR operations are scalable and robust.
- Internal Communication: Own internal communications and updates related to HR initiatives and execution tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Generalist) with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent at documentation, project management, and comfortable working with digital tools and technology.
- Curious about how HR works and excited by the challenge of building structured, scalable systems from the ground up.
- An independent and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to get things done.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, People Operations, or a Founder’s Office is a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Perform market research and competitive analysis

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into product concepts by iterating and optimising UI designs while maintaining a consistent and user-friendly experience across mobile and web platforms.

Key job responsibilities
- Design web and native mobile app experiences that delight our users and help drive the company vision
- Collaboration with the product, engineering, data, marketing, and other teams to ensure a quality end-to-end customer experience

- Pitch and present designs to stakeholders for sign-off

Basic Qualifications

- Strong understanding of iOS and Android native app patterns
- Strong understanding of visual design basics (color theory, typography, spacing)
