About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive with 2–4
years of experience and proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. In this role, you'll
focus on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating highquality
leads to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and connect with
potential B2B and C2C clients.
● Initiate outreach campaigns using InMails, messages, and strategic networking.
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales or leadership team.
● Understand client needs and position relevant services/solutions effectively.
● Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
● Track interactions and progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho,
Salesforce).
● Provide regular reports on lead quality, response rates, and campaign
performance.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
● 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside
sales.
● Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
● Experience in B2B sales or IT services/solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities:
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, draft user flows, communicate project scope effectively, and manage products through development, QA, UA Testing, and launch • Ability to understand business and technical requirements & conceptualize end-toend solutions

- The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.

- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience using statistical languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

- Has a Bachelor's, Master's in Computer Science or another quantitative field
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques :

- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages :R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees,neural networks, etc.
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL, etc.
- Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the entire marketing framework, including developing nurture campaigns, email sequences, transactional emails, SMS Campaign On-Page marketing (such as banners, Pop-ups, and offer campaigns)
- Excellent in writing email SMS and on-page campaign copies.
- Good understanding of HTML for (Email campaign building)
- Working understanding of Marketing automation, customer communication journey.
- Worked on Landing page creation (drag and drop builder forms)
- Identifying campaign trends/insights and analyzing results to help make informed decisions and program enhancements overtime
- Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders and strands of work with a willingness to take on additional projects as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA with equivalent experience of 2-4 years in Digital Marketing domain.
- Edu-tech and E-Commerce experience will be preferred.
- Experienced in campaign creation, journey building, lead nurturing, landing page optimiser.
- Familiar with Hubspot, Webengage, Clevertap, moengage is a plus.
- Extensive understanding of the digital marketing industry, best practices, user behaviour, and buyer’s psychology.
