Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle marketing strategies which identify valuable consumers and opportunities and ensure error free continuous implementation
• Pilot new campaigns that drive increased engagement and revenue
• Create and continually refine email strategy to increase acquisition, retention (CLV) and subscription rates
• Manage external agency and multiple vendor relationships related to CRM, personalised consumer marketing and database management
• Serve as a CRM business intelligence leader, utilizing analytics to drive customer-centric action plans
• Manage the distribution and presentation of CRM reporting and status to executive stakeholders

Digital Activation / DMP
• Develop audience segments by applying CRM learnings
• Create test and learn approach to optimize performance and develop insights on best practices
• Provide support in measurement and analysis of precision media campaigns

Qualifications
• 2-8 years CRM and/or Direct Marketing experience, preferably in a Retail, CPG or ecommerce industry
• Knowledge of database marketing strategies including the use of 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data
• Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills; experience conducting CRM campaign analytics and consumer research to inform marketing decisions

Requirement
- 1 to 7 years of experience with relative experience in managing development operations
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Thorough knowledge of setting up release pipelines, and managing multiple environments like Beta, Staging, UAT, and Production
- Thorough knowledge of best cloud practices and architecture
- Hands-on with benchmarking and performance monitoring
- Identifying various bottlenecks and taking pre-emptive measures to avoid downtime
- Hands-on knowledge with at least one toolset Chef/Puppet/Ansible
- Hands-on with CloudFormation / Terraform or other Infrastructure as code is a plus.  
- Thorough experience with Shell Scripting and should not know to shy away from learning new technologies or programming languages
- Experience with other cloud providers like Azure and GCP is a plus
- Should be open to R&D for creative ways to improve performance while keeping costs low

What do we want the person to do?

- Manage, Monitor and Provision Infrastructure - Majorly on AWS
- Will be responsible for maintaining 100% uptime on production servers (Site Reliability)
- Setting up a release pipeline for current releases. Automating releases for Beta, Staging & Production
- Maintaining near-production replica environments on Beta and Staging
- Automating Releases and Versioning of Static Assets (Experience with Chef/Puppet/Ansible)
- Should have hands-on experience with Build Tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild etc
- Identify performance gaps and ways to fix them.
- Weekly meetings with Engineering Team to discuss the changes/upgrades. Can be related to code issues/architecture bottlenecks.
- Creative Ways of Reducing Costs of Cloud Computing
- Convert Infrastructure Deployment / Provision to Infrastructure as Code for reusability and scaling.

• Working experience in Hybris modules such as Impex, cronjobs, workflow, service layer APIs, flexiblesearch 
• Working knowledge of Hybris commerce platform that includes WCMS, Order Management, Payment, BTG, Vouchers, Customer Service, Print, i18N features 
• Ability to write clean code 
• Passion for engineering world-class solutions to complex business problems 
• Experienced in working in an AGILE Environment

Desired Skills:

• Good experience with Solr / Endeca / FredHopper or any other search engines 
• Know-how of different deployment strategies and configuration settings for memory, cache, JVM and DB Knowledge of selenium (webdriver) or any other UI testing framework 
• Experience in integrating Hybris Commerce with other 3rd party systems 
• Knowledge of hybris Order Management and hybris Data Hub is desired but not essential. 

Preferred Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Lead in Java., Strong experience in design and implementation of high performing and highly scalable websites/applications
• Strong experience in Spring MVC framework and experience in design patterns, unit testing etc..

About the Role:
The candidate will be Senior Backend Developer at HelpNow and should have solid experience in REST API development in Go. The individual should be self-motivated, team player, possess creative problem-solving skills, and have the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. The candidate should have developed multiple tiered web applications with familiarity with modern web-based technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
Mandatory 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing REST services in Go.
Must have worked with REST frameworks and know latest tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and should be able to CI pipelines with Github actions.
Highly experienced in RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres) and NoSQL DB's(MongoDB).

Oriented towards automating and scalable solution approaches.
Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring.
