As part of our ambitious product roadmap, we need flutter developers for our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop flutter applications both (mobile and web) with a heavy focus on real-time communication such as WebRTC, web sockets etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable Mobile, Web and Desktop apps.
• Lead the development of flutter applications.
• Identify production and non-production application issues as a part of deployment.
• Establish, refine and integrate development environment tools and software as needed.
• Building future-proof front-end libraries and reusable widgets.
• Knowledge in coding architecture.
• Collaboration with the IT team, researchers, and designers to design robust apps and encourage business goals.
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
• Testing applications and fixing bugs, along with security and data protection features.
• Participate with developers in the integration of REST APIs.
• Conducting code reviews of peer developers.

Flutter Developer Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar.
• Previous work experience as a Flutter developer for a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with MBaaS systems such as Firebase.
• Must have strong knowledge in MVC and/or MVVM framework.
• An understanding of DART and its core principles.
• Knowledge of GIT, JSON, design framework and web services.
• Good understanding in State management, such as BLOC / GetX
• A robust understanding of MUI and how best to use the inbuilt functionality provided.
• A hands-on understanding of how to create responsive designs.
• An excellent understanding of emerging trends in visual design and user experience.
• Experience in application architecture and publishing apps.
• Understanding Agile methodologies, client-side and server-side procedures. 

Good to have:

• Experience in native Android/IOS app development.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
• Cloud technology knowledge is a plus.

• Drive the architecture and design of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object-oriented design, distributed programming, Java/Node/ Python, .Net.
• Hands on experience in delivering high quality software products.
• Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well between a ranges of complex systems.
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance.
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Requirements:

• Our stack is based on Django, Python3 Celery, Angular and Postgres.

• We expect you to have a good understanding of Python. It's even better if you are familiar with some of Git. Django, Celery, Redis and Unix Shell.

• Design, develop and maintain automation framework, system, and functional test suites and contribute to Database platform development
• Test the product for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Fix defects identified via testing in the Database platform
• Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, code paths, and overall behavioral characteristics of the products you test.
• Analyze and understand existing test coverage and test cases, identifying opportunities for redesign, replacement, reusability, and improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from tests and customer issues.
• Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases. Be a champion for our customers.

You’ll Need

• Sound knowledge of C/C++ and Java programming languages.
• Sound knowledge of JDBC APIs.
• Sound knowledge of Data Structures and concurrent programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Sound knowledge of Distributed System Architecture and distributed processing.
• Good in Shell / Python scripting.
• A minimum of five years in SDET or development profile with BS or MS in CS or equivalent technical degree.
• Highly desirable skills
• Knowledge of database internals (concurrent B-tree access, transactions, recovery, query processing).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Big Data Ecosystem landscape. Like Kafka, Spark, Presto.
• Familiarity with ORM technologies like Hibernate, Django, etc.
