About the role:

You’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers and engineers to deliver the digital banking experience to the customers. You’ll drive the overall design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals and customer experience.

You are an open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren’t afraid to make mistakes. Preferably you have at least 0 - 1 year of experience as a designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or freelancer.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Refine images, fonts and layouts for landing pages, websites, etc.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in art/ design/ creative multimedia/ industrial design or equivalent.
• Experience in UI/UX, graphic design, branding, illustrations, etc, for creative agencies/ web companies/ e-commerce industry, etc.
• Experience in basic graphic design software- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, etc.

Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer

Preferred Experience & Expertise: • 

Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or any UX related subjectssuch as digital design/media, digital marketing, graphic design, media technology, and web design. 

Relevant experience of at least 2 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.  

Well-versed in and 2+ years of hands-on demonstrable experience with UX Research and UX Design 

Hands-on development experience in tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any relevant tools. 

2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more libraries, frameworks, & technologies such as React JS, HTML5, CSS3, D3, Ant Design, Vis.js, Chart.js, etc.; extra points if you can demonstrate your knowledge with working examples. 

2+ years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript & TypeScript. 

Familiarity with the domains of Data Management & Governance Business Process & Workflow Management ▪ Cloud Computing Infrastructure & Platforms (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) 

Ability to understand software product vision, objectives, capabilities, and features; and translate into digital experiences 

Artistic eye for design with ability to think creatively 

Accuracy, attention to detail and mastery of information, navigation, and visual design  Mathematical & statistical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills to determine experiential solutions to UX/UI challenges in the domains of visual data modeling, visual workflow modeling, data browsing, data editing, statistics driven charting, graphs, etc. 

An understanding of the latest trends in UX and self-development skills to keep up to date with such fast[1]changing trends 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers.

Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks .

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

• 2-4 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Well versed with any of the High Fidelity Design tools (Figma, sketch or Adobe XD etc.)

• Work together with a writing partner and collaborate with client-facing teams and delivery to develop visual branding and graphic visualizations for pursuit artifacts
• Ability to understand the client and/or end-user point of view and values in globally and regionally
• Having a deep understanding and proven ability is generating great visual content online Prior experience and expertise in creating content focused on furniture would be ideal
• Guide in creating outlines, storyboards based on imagery and come up with highly creative and modern designs that are in sync with what users of social media would expect from a leading furniture brand
• Adhering to defined timelines to produce high-quality deliverables
• Bring new innovative approaches to graphic visualizations from experience, research on creative design trends
• Should be proficient in designing posters, booklets, handouts, PPT decks

• Experience in Graphic Design software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel draw, etc.
• Exceptional ability in graphic design and typography, preferably with experience in digital consumer products
• Should have experience in photo retouching
• Understanding of branding and ability to apply a brand s look and feel across the web and mobile properties
• Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Prior Experience in online furniture industry will be an advantage
