QA Engineer

Looking for a full stack software developer

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging applications and proactive participation in testing and bug fixes.

• Ability to build scalable applications working on a continuous delivery environment, writing production ready code.

• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java(Preferred), Spring Boot , Microservices, JSON, Python(Good to have).

• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React, Angular.

• Knowledge of database technologies like Postgres(Preferred), Mysql, PostGres, Sql server.

• No sql Database knowledge, Elastic search(Good to have).

• Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge on Event streaming tools like Kafka platform.

• Knowledge of Source Code Management systems Git, github.

Job Responsibilities:

● Understanding client's core product or service, the target audience & market, the problem

that the product or service intends to solve

● Campaign planning on a month to month basis that go with client’s business objectives

● Coming up with ideas that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends &

client’s personality & business objectives

● Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise creative

communication strategies to achieve them

● Writing copies following brand guidelines

● Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share their ideas

● Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues and offer feedback when

necessary

● Push clients towards fresh, exciting ideas

● Good communication skills, written and spoken.

● Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.

● Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.

What will you do?

• Discover as well as connect, pitch, and onboard e-learning content creators in the universe
• Own the end to end sales cycle
• Lead initiatives to help the customers understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that our platform provides them
• Show proficiency in conducting live demos and in resolving any technical queries that the customers might have
• Spearhead efforts aimed at mentoring peers, defining our culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team
