We at Uno Finance are looking for Rockstar Sales Associates who would help us solve one of the biggest problems of our country – Medical Financing. You will help us develop end-to-end relationships with new and existing customers and increase our volume of business. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to analyze the key pillars of Lending – intention to repay and the capacity to repay as utmost important criterion for approval of loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Cultivating strong Relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Promote Company’s Products.
- Increase Volume of Sales and meet the targets given on monthly basis.
- Coordinate marketing and networking Events.
- Conduct Market Research and Identifying Potential Clients.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass/Bachelor’s Degree in any field having prior experience of 0-1 year in Sales.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
- Friendly and Personable demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
