SR. Associate Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Front-end development.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of Node.js and Rest APIs
• Experience in page speed optimization 
• Experience in writing responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend code
• Good understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• You are a self-starter, capable of working independently.

Good to have:

• Experience in WordPress theme development

As a WordPress Frontend Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming designs into fully functional, responsive, and captivating websites using Elementor and custom themes. Your proficiency in HTML and CSS will be essential for creating stunning front-end experiences. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design team to convert visual concepts into interactive and user-friendly websites.
• Utilize Elementor to build and customize page layouts, ensuring consistency and responsiveness across various devices.
• Develop custom WordPress themes that align with project requirements, user experience goals, and brand aesthetics.
• Implement engaging animations, transitions, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and visual appeal.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, implementing best practices for modern user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to maintain a seamless browsing experience.
• If knowledgeable in WordPress plugin development, contribute to the creation of custom plugins that extend website functionality.

What You Need To Apply (Technical Competency) :

• Minimum 2 years experience in WordPress.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to create pixel-perfect front-end designs.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Elementor to design and build WordPress pages.
• Proven experience in developing custom WordPress themes from scratch.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous website projects, highlighting your front-end development skills.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address front-end issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and its libraries/frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding WordPress plugin development is a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Information Technology field as Front End Developer
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
• Exposure server side programming using Python / PHP / Java / C#
• Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)
• Ability to work independently and direct a team of any size (small to medium or large)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
