Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable web and mobile-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

▪️Develop and maintain web and mobile applications across the full stack

▪️Build high-quality, responsive UI using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS

▪️Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and PHP

Frontend

Candidates will be responsible for value proposition definition, communications across technical, business and product functions, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations

Define product requirements which involve writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets

Be the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets

• Design, Develop, and evaluate the AWS Cloud based technical solutions.  
• Lead, Track tasks, Oversee, and mentor less experienced team members.  
• Integrate with other SPE proprietary applications using RESTful webservices complying latest industry design and coding standards.  
• Strong Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and keep SPEs standard complex system solutions.

• Review & approve Github Pull requests using the existing Application Development Frameworks and Coding Standards.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with building B2B and consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience with AWS.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications and application security.
• Experience working with a development team using Agile methodology.
• Experience in container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
• Hands-on skills working with SQL and No-SQL databases
  Broad experience across the following application development technologies and in depth skills with at least one: NodeJS, React, GraphQL,Python, R, Java/C++ and/or other open source application development frameworks.
• Ability to strategically balance test coverage, documentation and timelines (API/ Unit testing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.

Develop and maintain application documentation and coding standards that are clear, accurate and detailed. Troubleshoot .NET issues and provide debugging support as needed. Maintain communication with key players on development process and communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Role Introduction

Technical leads oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. They are responsible for the end to end operations of the Development team. They often evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.
