infrastructure. You need to identify newer technologies as needed
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working with groups within the company to gather requirements and collaborate with
architects to build solutions.
Designing, developing and Unit testing to ensure successful system Integration of
applications.
Providing support for interface issues to update changes and provide fixes to bugs
Creating and documentation of test results to ensure accurate results are recorded
Assisting and supporting in platform upgrades and mentoring Junior engineers on
technology aspects to help upscale knowledge
Working with diverse programming languages as needed to ensure successful
running of a applications.
Have 4 years of relevant experience and education in Computer Science or
Engineering
Have experience in developing applications using Java, Spring, JavaScript and
databases
Display experience in working on front end technologies like bootstrap and ReactJS
Show proficiency in technical evaluation of products and design of applications
Be comfortable working with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
Be able to learn new technologies quickly
Have proficiency in using build tools in Linux commands and Shell
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to build
trusting relationships with customers

· Lead an engineering group that comprises of Software development engineers.
· Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to leadership
· Develop the long-term strategy for your solutions and translate that into an achievable road-map/action plan
· Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
· Management of staffing, mentoring, growing, and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
