Key Responsibilities

Platform Build & Architecture

• Refactor an existing Python-based prototype into a modular, production-grade platform

• Define clear service boundaries (API layer, orchestration, agent runtime, data access)

• Build reusable components that allow extension without exposing core engine logic Agent Framework & Orchestration

• Design and implement frameworks for AI agents and reporting workflows

• Build orchestration for multi-step execution (deterministic + AI-driven)

• Ensure outputs are traceable, auditable, and suitable for financial reporting Developer Enablement

• Enable internal/client developers to: o build and deploy reporting agents o reuse approved components o access platform capabilities via APIs (without direct code access)

• Implement access controls and abstraction layers Full Stack Development

• Lead development across: o Backend: Python, FastAPI o Frontend: Next.js o Real-time: WebSockets

• Build simple internal interfaces for: o job execution o monitoring o output review Code Governance & DevOps

Own development workflows in Azure DevOps • branching strategy, PRs, code reviews, merges • Set up CI/CD pipelines, environments (dev/test/prod), and release processes • Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability standards Team Leadership (Near-term) • Act as the technical anchor o shore • Mentor and guide future hires as the team scales • Establish best practices across code, documentation, and delivery

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI or similar)

• Experience with React / Next.js

• Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time systems

• Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, PR workflows)

• Understanding of modular architecture, access control, and system design • Ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment

Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are growing our Data Science and Data Engineering team and are looking for an

experienced AI Engineer specializing in creating GenAI LLM solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients and their teams, discovering gaps for automation using AI, designing customized AI solutions, and implementing technologies to streamline data entry processes within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct detailed consultations with clients functional teams to understand client requirements, one use case is related to handwritten medical records.

·        Analyze existing data entry workflows and propose automation opportunities.

Design:

·        Design tailored AI-driven solutions for the extraction and digitization of information from handwritten medical records.

·        Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and objectives.

Technology Selection:

·        Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, focusing on NLP, LLM and machine learning.

·        Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Prototyping and Testing:

·        Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

·        Conduct rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Implementation and Integration:

·        Work closely with clients and IT teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.

·        Provide technical support during the implementation phase.

Training and Documentation:

·        Develop training materials for end-users and support staff.

·        Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

·        Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

·        Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Masters or PhD required).

·        Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for data entry automation.

·        Expertise in NLP, LLM and other machine-learning techniques.

·        Strong programming skills, especially in Python.

·        Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Additional Qualifications( great to have):

An ideal candidate will have expertise in the most current LLM/NLP models, particularly in the extraction of data from clinical reports, lab reports, and radiology reports. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of EMR/EHR applications and patient-related data.

Job Description:

Position: Python Technical Architect

Major Responsibilities:

Key Capabilities and Competencies Knowledge

●           Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Project Manager with architectural responsibilities.

●           Strong proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

●           Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.

●           Expertise in Azure cloud ecosystem and architecture design patterns.

●           Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging.

●           Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and asynchronous processing.

●           Deep understanding of insurance domain processes such as claims management, policy administration etc.

●           Experience in database design and data modelling with SQL(MySQL) and NoSQL(Azure Cosmos DB).

●           Knowledge of security best practices including data encryption, API security and compliance standards.

●           Knowledge of SAST and DAST security tools is a plus.

●           Strong documentation skill for articulating architecture decisions and technical concepts to stakeholders.

●           Experience with system integration using middleware or web services.

●           Server Load Balancing, Planning, configuration, maintenance and administration of the Server Systems.

●           Experience with developing reusable assets such as prototypes, solution designs, documentation and other materials that contribute to department efficiency.

Qualification and Experience

●           Recognized with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

●           Work experience - Overall experience 10-12 years

●           Recognizable domain knowledge and awareness of basic insurance and regulatory frameworks.

●           Previous experience working in the insurance industry (AINS Certification is a plus).
