Position Name - Senior Python Full Stack developers with Agentic AI

Location - Mum/Pune

Experience: 8-12 years. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy autonomous agents capable of independent decision-making, planning, and task execution.
• AI Orchestration: Utilize frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain to orchestrate complex agentic workflows.
• LLM Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) with internal tools, vector databases, and external APIs using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• System Optimization: Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and security in production environments.
• Memory & Context: Implement memory management for agents to ensure context retention across long-running tasks.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Strong expertise in Python OOPs , asynchronous programming, and RESTful APIs.
• AI Frameworks and Tools : Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Tools & Technologies: Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic Design Patterns.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
• Database: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. 

Application Integration Engineer - HR/Payroll

Skills:

·        Experience on HR Payroll SaaS

o  HR/Payroll applications: Ideally UKG, multiple others ok

o  Financial applications: ideally knowledge of how HR/Payroll systems interact with ERPs (ideally NetSuite), and other personnel expenses (i.e., Expensify, Concur)

·        Knowledge of various Integrations approaches:

o  Native connectors

o  SFTP files

o  API – schema, design

·        Knowledge of multiple coding languages: Java script, XML, REST, SOAP etc.

·        Ability to work with data bases (ideally SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including ETL

·        Some knowledge of Azure services, mainly SQL and Oracle databases, storage, analytics 

·        Experience working with global teams

·        Ability to overlap some work hours with US EST/CT time

Experience

Required a full stack Senior SDE with focus on Backend microservices/ modular monolith with 3-4+ years of experience on the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
• Mandatory In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Python programming language.
• Expertise and significant work experience in Python with Fastapi and Async frameworks. 
• Prior experience building Microservice and/or modular monolith.
• Should be an expert Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Has knowledge and experience with SQLAlchemy/ORM, Celery, Flower, etc.
• Has knowledge and experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience in Postgres/ Cockroachdb.
• Experience in MongoDB/DynamoDB and/or Cassandra are added advantages.
• Strong experience in either AWS services (e.g, EC2, ECS, Lambda, StepFunction, S3, SQS, Cognito). and/or equivalent Azure services preferred.
