What You Will Be Doing
- Perform manual testing on software applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Create, maintain, and improve test frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Work together with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
- Assist in Test Automation efforts using Selenium and Python scripts.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
- Writing and executing test plans for Functional, Regression, Integration, end-to-end performance and user acceptance testing.
- Create comprehensive documentation and communicate extensively with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product.
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Works together with the team to enhance and improve quality of the Web and Mobile apps.
What You’ll Need
- Min. 3 months of experience as a Test Engineer.
- Good debugging skills and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Manual Testing, Selenium (Basic), Python (Basic).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
- You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.

Introduction:
We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented person to help us test our code. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our code is top-notch. By performing tests on our code and communicating the results with our engineering team, you can help us produce the most effective products that delight our clients. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will collaborate with the engineering team and shall be responsible for:
• Test new and existing features (units and integration) and report errors and failures
• Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases
• Gathering requirements
• Test automation and test methodology (ex: TDD or BDD)
• Expertise in Test case design and test case execution.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester
• Experience in Manual testing dashboards and chatbots shall be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or college diploma in QA Testing

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent.
- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud.
- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest
technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles;
contribute to testability & quality of software.
- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful
resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide

- Plan and execute end to end testing efforts of highly complex features
- Ensure unit testing, code reviews, functional testing, integration testing, etc. are implemented and completed for functionality, performance, scalability, and security
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce time spent on QA processes.
- Employ mistake-proofing, continuous automation, and continuous improvement; continually drive improved disciplines, processes, and tools.
- Ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Required qualifications
5+ Experience in Automation and Manual Testing, Test Driven or Behaviour Driven testing, Knowledge on Blockchain and Distributed Systems, Strong Sense of Responsibility, Self-driven and able to work independently with little direction.
