Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Django Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, Django frameworks, and RESTful API integration.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance web applications using Django and Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application performance and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Python and Django framework.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Django ORM, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with Docker, Celery, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Knowledge of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.

DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organizing “Knowledge of practice of Medicine” and building a community of Doctors (and healthcare professionals). We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India. We hope to put this IP, network, and our best efforts to help Doctors improve how they diagnose and treat. What would you be doing here?

• As a Backend SDE III, you will own and scale the critical backend systems behind products trusted by millions of healthcare professionals, working closely with Product, Mobile, Web, and DevOps teams in a lean, fast-moving setup where engineers ship, own, and decide.
• Architect systems that scale - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs that power Marrow and Dailyrounds.
• Own features end-to-end - Lead backend development from technical design and code review through deployment and monitoring. You build it, you ship it, you own it.
• Kill bottlenecks before they bite - Identify and drive performance improvements, hunting down issues in existing systems proactively.
• Raise the bar around you - Run code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion engineering best practices across the team.

The best-fit candidate would have:

• 6–8 years of backend development experience in product-based environments, owning production systems
• Strong expertise in Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django) and building REST APIs & distributed systems
• Strong experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features or applications including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, or ML models
• Good understanding of system design, backend security, and performance optimisation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and testing
• The drive to own systems end-to-end and make technical decisions with conviction
• Strong communication skills with experience in technical leadership and cross-team collaboration

We are looking for a Technical Lead - GenAI with a strong foundation in Python, Data Analytics, Data Science or Data Engineering, system design, and practical experience in building and deploying Agentic Generative AI systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems using LLMs, understands the architecture of modern AI agent frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, and can deliver scalable, cloud-native back-end services with a GenAI focus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable back-end systems for GenAI agent-based platforms.

- Work closely with AI researchers and front-end teams to integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into production services.

- Develop and maintain services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), with best practices in modularity and performance.

- Leverage and extend frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and similar to orchestrate tool-augmented AI agents.

- Design and deploy systems in Azure Cloud, including usage of serverless functions, Kubernetes, and scalable data services.

- Build and maintain event-driven / streaming architectures using Kafka, Event Hubs, or other messaging frameworks.

- Implement inter-service communication using gRPC and REST.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, especially around distributed systems, data flow, and fault tolerance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on back-end development experience in Python along with Data Analytics or Data Science.

- Strong track record on platforms like LeetCode or in real-world algorithmic/system problem-solving.

- Deep knowledge of at least one Python web framework (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Solid understanding of LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent LLM agent orchestration tools.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI systems and LLM-based platforms.

- Proven experience with system architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.

- Strong familiarity with Any Cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.

- Should know about any Data Engineering or Analytics expertise (Preferred) e.g. Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL tools Talend, Informatica or Power BI, Tableau, Data modelling, Datawarehouse development.

Mandatory Skill set : C++ and Python - UNIX- Database - SQL or Postgres

Developer Role EXP : 3 to 5yrs

Location : Bangalore /Chennai/Hyderabad

1. Strong proficiency in C++ , with fair knowledge of the language specification (Telecom experience is preferred). 

2. Proficient understanding of standard template library (STL): algorithms, containers, functions, and iterators 

3. Must have experience on Unix platforms, should possess shell scripting skills.

4. Knowledge on compilers(gcc, g) and debugger (dbx). Knowledge of libraries and linking. 

5. Good understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, CVS etc.)

6. Able to write and understand python scripts (both python2 and python3)

7. Handson with logic implementation in python and should be familiar with list comprehension and is comfortable in integrating it with C++ and Unix scripts

8. Able to implement multithreading in both C++ and Python environment.

9. Familiar with Postgres SQL. 

C++ developer with Python as secondary - 3 to 4 yrs exp / should be CW.

Roles:

• Developing core infrastructure in Python, Django.
• Developing models and business logic (e. g. transactions, payments, diet plan, search, etc).

• Minimum 4 years of industry or open-source experience.
