What will your day-to-day work look like?
- Being responsible for P0-P1 (highest and second highest stakes) projects. You’d be owning 4-5 projects a month worth Rs. 10 lakh+
- Pitch in, strategize, and own your creative inputs for projects, i.e., you would make sure your idea and vision are accepted, shot, get to the edit table, and finally over to the world to see.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Ensuring that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and highest quality requirements.
- Providing project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
- Managing and eventually leading team members, talent, and vendors for multiple projects.
- Coordinating with and inspiring the team using tools like Notion, sheets, and others.
- Please note this role may involve travelling across India for shoots.
Skills required for the role from you:
- Proven experience owning and delivering at least 5 high-stakes projects such as Ads, Brand Films, YouTube Retainers, etc.

- Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems.
