About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations. Key Responsibilities
- Own complete HR Operations lifecycle: Onboarding → Documentation → HRMS → Attendance → Payroll Coordination → Exit
- Manage and guide HR Executives to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Drive HRMS (Zoho People) modules, workflows & automation end-to-end.
- Create, optimize & track HR workflows, forms, policies, and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & internal processes.
- Manage attendance, leave administration & geo-tracking rules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs & ensure timely monthly closures.
- Maintain employee records, dashboards, reports & audit data.
- Respond to HR tickets/queries with speed & empathy.
- Support engagement activities, culture programs & internal communication.
- Partner with leaders to ensure high HR experience & operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
- Must have strong experience in Zoho People (automation/workflows/reports)
- Experience managing HR Executives / small team
- Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and operational frameworks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced & tech-driven environments

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 2 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tools.

As the HR Lead, you will own and build HR end-to-end — from talent acquisition and employer branding to performance management, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
This is a hands-on role suited for a builder who can set up scalable People Operations processes in a fast-moving product startup.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, QA, and Operations.
- Create structured hiring workflows — JDs, sourcing plans, scorecards, and interview loops.
- Build an employer branding playbook (careers page, social content, referral program, and events).
People Operations & Experience
- Design onboarding/offboarding experiences (pre-boarding, day-1, 30/60/90 plans, exit interviews).
- Implement and manage HRIS/ATS systems, attendance, asset management, and documentation.
- Drive engagement through town halls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and surveys.
Performance, Growth & Rewards
- Implement OKRs and quarterly performance reviews with competency matrices.
- Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking, offer structures, and ESOP administration.

- Strong understanding of Indian HR compliance: POSH, S&E, PF/ESI/PT, Payroll, Gratuity.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS tools, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and confidentiality handling skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience hiring for tech roles (Flutter, Python/Django, Data/ML, DevOps).
- Exposure to ESOPs, IP, and confidentiality agreements.
- Experience in health-tech/food-tech or privacy-sensitive domains.
