Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Partnerships & Alliances Executive/Associate to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and approach potential strategic partners and alliances.
- Driving partner engagement to boost usage of the Master-O platform in their business – from new client acquisition and GTM to enhancing existing implementations to incorporating improvements as part of our ongoing product roadmap
- Support the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including communication, documentation, and alignment of goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create co-marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials for partners.
- Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Track and report partnership metrics, performance, and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify new alliance opportunities in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle workforce compensation and Talent Management)
POSITION SUMMARY
· 7-9+ years experience in Oracle Cloud.
