Overview of the Job Profile

Business/ Customer Success Analyst will play a key role in driving Customer Success by nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business. The mission of Scrut Automation's Customer Success team is to transform our customer's compliance journey.

Responsibilities

● Own Customer Life Cycle & Account Management – from Sales Handover, Oversee & Ensure smooth on-boarding, Consistent Engagement with(MBRs and QBRs) building a Relationship of Trust & Transparency.

● Onboard customers with Integration support and drive adoption of the product.

● Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.

● Empathise with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customer's needs first.

● Rely heavily on data and analytics to identify customers at risk and engage proactively to mitigate churn risk.

● Track programs to move towards Perfect 10 (10 on a scale of 10 in customer satisfaction) and to establish new capability.

● Become a product expert on Scrut Automation and how our platform can be used to improve security posture through our standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA and GDPR).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field.

● Have 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.

● Have experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry.

● Have clear and thoughtful communication skills, with a strong critical thinking ability.

● Problem-solving ability and customer-centric outlook.

● Be comfortable with talking through technical concepts with a technical audience.

● Have a keen ability to multitask.

● Have an outstanding work ethic and know when/how to ask for help when you need it.

Description: 

We are looking for engineers to work on applied research problems related to control in autonomous driving of electric tractors. The team works on path planning and control to deploy on resource constrained hardware.  

Technical Skills: 

• Necessary Skills: C++, Eigen, Boost, ROS. 
• Solid theoretical knowledge in Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, Control systems, Model Predictive Control, Robotics. 
• Knowledge of some numerical algorithms or libraries among: IPOPT (cppAD), HPIPM would be a plus. 
• Experienced candidates in ROS & C++ projects with no prior control experience willing to apply their knowledge to vision problems are also encouraged to apply. 
• Experience in simulation frameworks such as Gazebo would be a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to formulate math for a given problem statement/approach and prototype in C++. 
• Work in conjunction with other sub-systems for integration. 
• Testing/tuning the controller in simulation and on real-world hardware. 
• Communicate and collaborate with team members in India and abroad for the fulfillment of your duties and organizational objectives. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can complete the assigned sub-task.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators:

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

1. Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Java code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
3. Help in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.

5. Preparing the project documentation on its completion.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, OOP Design, JSON, Retrofit, Firebase
2. Strong knowledge of Android SDK & different versions of Android.
3. Application development paradigms, memory management, and multi-threading
4. Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, Activities, Services, Intents, Content Providers and Notifications, Fragments, Application Development life-cycle, Web Apps, and Web View.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels and understand requirements carefully.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
7. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
8. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
9. Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
10. A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
12. Excellent attention to detail.
13. Good troubleshooting skills.
14. Basic knowledge of MVVM architecture

Responsibilities

Providing a strong leadership for the Tech QA department to move to greater heights of value and maturity.

Develop functional and performance test plans and cases for internal and external facing software systems

Driving tools and frameworks for functional automation and performance  testing

Participate in required activities and validation gates running up to a General Availability release

Ideal Candidate Profile

7 to 15 years of product QA experience, with at least 2 years of experience as QEM or EM

7+ years of experience as a SDET/automation engineer

5+ years of experience Testing software for mobile applications/ web applications on devices(Android/IPhone)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or equivalent technical domain

Preferably with product based startup experience

Should have built automation competency using selenium, appium, web services and performance testing

Knowledge and application of concepts such as continuous integration, continuous build, dev ops.

Shows creativity and initiative to improve Test coverage and effectiveness.

Strong competency in project management, process management, Product quality management, people management and delivery management skills and experience

Good understanding and experience in working product development organisations, B2C product line, and mobile products.
