Job Summary:

The Project Engineer - HVAC will play a crucial role in the successful execution and

delivery of HVAC projects. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems,

strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project planning, design, execution,

erection commissioning and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

 Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope,

objectives, and requirements.

 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource

requirements.

Design Coordination:

 Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that HVAC systems meet

project specifications and regulatory standards.

 Review and approve design documents and drawings.

Project Implementation:

 Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and

budget constraints.

 Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues.

Quality Assurance:

 Implement quality control measures to ensure that HVAC systems meet industry

standards and client expectations.

 Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance.

Client Communication:

 Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project implementation.

 Communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and

construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.

 Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

JD-

• Experience in C# ASP.NET + MVC + Entity Framework development

• Experience in JavaScript and jQuery

• Experience in Web Services and third party API Integrations

• Experience in SQL Server databases

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and manage various applications

• Collaborate with the engineering team and product team

• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems

• Deploy tested code to the production environment

Responsibilities:

• Create games in Unity for iOS and Android (OSX and Windows is considered a plus).
• Write super-clean, testable, and well documented code in C#.
• Implement systems for the games based on design specifications.
• Implement, debug and refine core game play features.
• Collaborate effectively with a small, high-energy team of game designers and programmers.
• Work with other developers to devise customized solutions to difficult problems.
• Implement game functionality as per design document and specification.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, and data structures.
• Expert knowledge of Unity3D Programming including Unity GUI, C# scripting, Asset Bundles, Materials/Shaders and iPhone deployment.
• Graphics Development (Particle Systems, Shaders). Experience with both 3D and 2D graphics in Unity.
• Experience implementing and/or creating native iOS and Android plugins for Unity.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
• Experience with Visual Studio and/or Team Foundation Server.
• Experience using mobile platform native features such as accelerometer, camera, push notifications, etc.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .net framework 2.0 or above.
• Must love to roll-­up sleeves and get dirty with Unity3D; Integrating textures, animation, meshes, adjusting lighting, setting camera angles, optimization, audio integration etc.
• Ability to work on fixed deadlines.

Skills:

• Experience with C#, Objective-­C and Javascript are a plus.
• Level logic design, scene flow planning and creation experience.
• Facebook application development.

onboarding companies as financing partners with Edwisor. By using a consultative approach to

selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales

opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets of getting financing partners such as banks, NBFCs,

fintech players etc.

• Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads
• Manage relationships with existing partners and build relationships with new partners to

resolve issues, improve processes or product offerings, negotiate financing rates etc.

• Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition
• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

Skills and Experience :

• 3 - 5 years of experience working with fintech or NBFCs or banks in roles where you have forged partnerships with clients (B2B side)
• Knowledge of how fintech lending works, subvention rates, documentation processes, calculation of margins etc is highly desirable
• Should have professional proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales
• High sense of ownership and bias for action with willingness to get hands dirty
