Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

• Candidate must be at Manager or Deputy Manager level currently (Assistant Manager designation will not be considered).
• Need candidates from BPO, KPO, or BPM industry only.

In this role, you will drive and support customer analytics for HP’s online store business across the APJ region. You will lead campaign performance analytics, customer database intelligence, and enable data-driven targeting for automation and trigger programs. Your insights will directly shape customer engagement, marketing strategy, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Insights & Analytics

• Design and deploy customer success and engagement metrics across APJ.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
• Apply statistical techniques to translate raw data into meaningful insights.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

• Elevate marketing campaigns across APJ by enabling advanced targeting criteria, performance monitoring, and test-and-learn frameworks.

Data Management & Reporting

What You Will Do:

As a Data Governance Architect at Kanerika, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the enterprise data governance strategy. Your responsibilities include:

1. Strategy, Framework, and Governance Operating Model
