Senior Machine Learning Engineer (NLP specialization)

• Act as a Quality Engineer within the Pega Center of Excellence, taking end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the quality of Pega-based applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute comprehensive functional, database, and API testing to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business workflows, identify potential quality risks, and ensure delivery of robust, defect-free solutions.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed end-to-end test cases with a strong focus on System Integration Testing (SIT), validating data flow and interactions across multiple systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and other QA teams to define test strategies, testing approaches, schedules aligned with project scope and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal or no supervision.
• Proactively identify defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, engage appropriate stakeholders, and drive issues to resolution while maintaining clear and transparent communication.
• Support and contribute to consistent, high-quality software delivery within an Agile (Scrum) environment by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Pega systems and Pega-specific testing practices is considered a strong added advantage.

• Quality Assurance with a strong focus on functional, database, and API testing across complex applications.
• Advanced database testing skills, including data validation, data integrity checks, and complex query analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and test planning.
• Expertise in identifying, documenting, tracking, and reporting software defects using standard defect management tools, while working closely with development teams to drive resolution.
• End-to-end ownership of QA activities, including requirements analysis, test design, test execution, defect identification and reporting and results analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the portfolio to ensure overall program and delivery success.
• Proven experience in integration testing and validating end-to-end business and system workflows.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and executing regression test suites.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently, meet sprint commitments, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in Agile environments.
• Proactive and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs.

1. Work across the entire landscape that spans network, compute, storage, databases, applications, and business domain
2. Use the Big Data and AI-driven features of vuSmartMaps to provide solutions that will enable customers to improve the end-user experience for their applications
3. Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and customer teams, and establish a good network of relationships with customers and experts
4. Understand the application architecture and transaction-level workflow to identify touchpoints and metrics to be monitored and analyzed
5. Analytics and analysis of data and provide insights and recommendations
6. Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
7. Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying solution gaps, etc.​
8. Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies - Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, Mongo DB, DevOps.​

1. At least 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
2. Experience in working with large-scale IT infra, including applications, databases, and networks.​
3. Experience in working with monitoring tools, automation tools
4. Hands-on experience in Linux and scripting.
5. Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus:​ ​ElasticSearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, MongoDB, Big Data, SQL databases, ELK stack, REST APIs, web services, and JMX.

5. BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience

6. 3-5 years of recruitment experience in an agency
