Job Title: Backend Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs of our applications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient backend systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and staying updated on industry trends. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, along with experience in database management and API development, are essential for success in this role. Requirements:

Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)

Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Knowledge of RESTful API design and development

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will get an opportunity to work on AI/ML technologies using NodeJS for web applications.
• Deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced customer-facing product.
• Specify, design, and implement the functionality and behaviors of the web infrastructure.
• Be involved in the full life-cycle of development from concept through integration, test, and high web traffic deployments.
• Interface with the firmware team as well as clients and end-users of the products.
• API development using REST JSON/XML, and security standards like OAuth.

Requirements:

• BTech or MTech in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar majors.
• Experience building products with full-stack technologies, and an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Must have experience in version control systems like GIT.
• Strong in NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch.

Technology Development Manager

Location : Bangalore (5 Days WFH)

Education Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech

Experience : 8 to 17 years

• As a Technology Development Manager, be passionate about technology strategy & vision, hands-on solution design, critical analytical thinking and team management
• Responsible for Peer review, design, deployment, production support & mentoring the team

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, an architect, project manager, and a team leader in cross functional teams

• Experience with full-stack software development including newer front-end frameworks
• Java, JEE, Python, Spring Frameworks, REST, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Microservices Architecture, MySQL, MongoDb, ElasticSearch, Git, Jenkins, Microservices, JSON, Javascript, Node.js, Amazon Web Services all important

• Experience and knowledge in Machine Learning & Computer Vision a plus
• Hands-on product management and software development life-cycle experience (especially Agile methodologies)

• Experience leading teams in the successful delivery of large technology projects
• Demonstrated ability to make good technology trade-off decisions, i.e. managing technical debt

• Drives the CI/CD strategy for the product
• Served as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance
