Key Responsibilities:
Lead the concept development, design presentations, and execution of interior projects.
Prepare detailed design layouts, drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
Oversee site supervision and ensure design integrity during execution.
Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes. Manage budgeting, timelines, and project deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen.
Ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
Regularly present and pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
Minimum 6 years of proven interior design experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, or similar.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
