interfaces which are AMAZING and AESTHETIC in design, appearance, architecture, and compatibility. You will work on a diverse set of unique and challenging projects that allow user to seamlessly interact with technology.

Work Details:

● Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3 front-end code across a broad array of interactive

web and mobile projects

● Excellent eye for layout and ability to translate PSD files into pixel perfect HTML/CSS

code. SASS is a plus.

● Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks in any of them (React,

Angular or Vue)

● Proficiency working with RESTFUL APIs is a plus

Founding Engineer (Bangalore)

The problem:

Business enterprises overpay vendors - on every batch of invoices, on every month because the data that would catch lives in different systems. We are building an AI agent that processes invoices end-to-end, reasons across all the relevant sources, flags genuine discrepancies, and acts - without a human having to investigate each one.

What you will own

Everything engineering. Schema design to deployment to the 2am fix when something breaks in production. There is no tech lead above you. There is no platform team. There is the architecture, you, and the founders. Concretely, this means building:

• A multi-stage agentic pipeline that takes a vendor invoice and produces a structured decision - fully autonomous for clear cases, escalating to human review for genuinely ambiguous ones. We use LangGraph, but if you've built equivalent systems with Temporal, Prefect, or custom state machines with LLM orchestration, that works
• An LLM-powered extraction layer that handles real invoices - scanned PDFs, stamped documents, inconsistent layouts - and returns structured output
• A graph data model that connects invoices to various sources and can traverse those relationships to detect discrepancies
• ERP connectors, GST validation logic, and a write-back layer that closes the loop

What we need

• Strong Python. Async FastAPI, clean service boundaries, tests that actually catch bugs. You have shipped Python backends that handled real production load
• Solid Postgres. Complex queries, schema design, migrations without downtime, row-level security for multi-tenant data. pgvector is a plus - if not, you pick it up fast
• LLM API experience in production. You have called an LLM API for something that real users depended on. You know about structured output, retry logic, cost management, prompt versioning. A side project counts if it was genuinely deployed
• Comfort with graph data models. You understand when a graph is the right structure and when it is not. You do not need deep Neo4j production experience - you need to understand graph relationships conceptually and be willing to learn Cypher. It is a 2-day ramp for the right person
• Working knowledge of deployment. Deployed and operated production workloads on GCP. Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Redis — you're comfortable across the stack. If you've done it on AWS, the translation isn't hard, but GCP is where we are
• You own things. Not "I contributed to" - you designed it, shipped it, and fixed it when it broke. That pattern needs to be visible in your history

Good to have, not mandatory

• Built an agentic pipeline with multiple stages
• Any fintech, P2P domain experience - even tangential
• Worked at a startup with under 20 people
• Has a GitHub, blog, or writeup that shows how you think about a hard technical problem

If you need the stability of an established engineering org, this is not the right moment. If you want to build something real from zero and own a meaningful piece of it, it is.

The founders

One of us has spent 20 years building revenue and operational engines at companies where there was no playbook - part of the pilot team that established the world's largest search company's direct sales operations in India, managed global operations for a global mobile advertising platform, scaled a B2C platform to become one of India’s leading edtech platforms and most recently worked on building an enterprise Agentic Voice AI platform. The other has spent 15 years taking AI from demo to production in domains where failure is expensive - voice, lending, and conversational systems across a Series D conversational AI company, a major telco, a Big 4, and a leading NBFC.

Two IIT/IIM alumni who have both watched AI work in enterprise, and know exactly what it takes to get it there. We are not building this product because it sounds interesting. We are building it because we have both sat across the table from CFOs who know they are losing margin and have no tool capable of doing anything about it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications for MRO services, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create efficient back-end systems with languages Java and integrating APIs and databases.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate / JPA.
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Develop user-friendly front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks React or Angular.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.
• Familiarity with Java/JEE concepts (exception handling, collections, memory basics).
• Experience in developing backend services for web applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security concepts (JWT, OAuth2, authentication/authorization).
• Ensure smooth workflows by optimizing code, reducing delays, and upholding quality standards.
• Support ongoing inquiries by troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications.
• Prepare for increased demand by integrating expeditors and third-party inspection (TPI) tools within the next month.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in industrial or service-based applications.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Python/Java/Node.js, REST APIs) and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/NextJs)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and server-side operations.
• Familiarity with MRO services or industrial workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

We are looking for a talented unity developer to join our design team. As a unity developer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. You may also be required to build patches and install game updates.

To ensure success as a unity developer, you should have extensive experience working with Unity and Unity3D software, excellent coding skills, and a good eye for detail. A top-class Unity developer can visualize, design, and code games that speak directly to the target market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the backend stack – Python based, that powers our product

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Developers(Node.js), Front-end developers, DevOps to design and implement new features
• Build and maintain several Backend Jobs and REST’ful Services which will be used internally in a Macroservices/Distributed services environment.
• Deploy and monitor the Jobs and endpoints ensuring availability and scalability(ability to handle 100X data processing load)
• Work on full project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering/understanding the problem to deploying and maintaining the project.

Skills that you bring Along:

• A minimum 8+ years of extensive work experience with Python and related frameworks – particularly Flask.
• Extensive experience in designing and scheduling backend Python jobs
• Hands on working in different file formats like Json, Parquet, csv etc. coming from Data Science side.
• Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and Mongo.
• Extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS based) – e.g. AWS API Gateway, Lambda Functions etc.
• Experience with cache like Redis and/or Memory cache
• Good experience in Microservices/Macroservices or Event driven Architectures
• Good experience with design patterns
• Experience in writing advanced SQL-queries, good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Good understanding of Software Design Principles and domain-driven design

The Data Engineer would be responsible for selecting and integrating Big Data tools and frameworks required. Would implement Data Ingestion & ETL/ELT processes

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands on experience on Big Data tools/technologies like Spark,  Databricks, Map Reduce, Hive, HDFS.
• Expertise and excellent understanding of big data toolset such as Sqoop, Spark-streaming, Kafka, NiFi
• Proficiency in any of the programming language: Python/ Scala/  Java with 4+ years’ experience
• Experience in Cloud infrastructures like MS Azure, Data lake etc
• Good working knowledge in NoSQL DB (Mongo, HBase, Casandra)
