WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance enterprise software solutions using Java and Spring. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing robust REST APIs and orchestrating complex workflows across a microservice architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code within Spring Boot Applications and Services
• API Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs to power front-end applications and third-party integrations. Build high-throughput, high-availability, and low-latency systems
• Microservices Orchestration: Orchestrate data flow and business logic across multiple microservices to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Database Management: Design schema, interact with, and optimize both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) databases.
• Code Quality & Tooling: Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, CodeX, GitHub Copilot or similar tools to enhance productivity, accelerate development cycles, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
• System Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, mentor and guide junior engineers, and help shape the future direction of our software platform.

REQUIREMENTS 

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering, preferably enterprise software development
• AI/ML Concepts: An understanding of AI agents, their application in enterprise systems, use of MCP servers and the principles of context engineering.
• Frontend Development: Experience with React, Next.js, component libraries like mui, and an interest in being a full stack developer. An understanding of CSS, HTML DOM is a plus.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

As an early-stage member of the team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Build out the stellar Technology & Engineering team to scale product
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the strategy & implementation for building Technology.
• Doing multiple role - sometimes writing code, sometimes managing the tech team, sometimes attracting talent, etc.

• 3 to 5 Years of Experience and Proficiency with any part of Web technology stack.
• Have experience in working with early-stage high growth startup and building team.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience writing code in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# 
• Experience using SQL to update and retrieve data
• Experience in front-end or back-end software development for UNIX or LINUX
• Experience with .Net and AngularJS / React / Vue frameworks

• Understand design specification and requirements.
• Develop a wide range of illustrations, vectors, graphics and layouts and other designs.
• Edit footage segments and combine the sequences of the clips for Social media platform.
• Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing.
• Discover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company’s efficiency.
• Manages timelines and prioritization of workload.
• Assist team in developing and executing communications plans.
• Provides technical support for design and video related efforts.
• Work effectively with the team members.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Video Editor, Video Specialist or similar role related to video editing and Graphic Designing
• Sound working knowledge on Adobe premiere pro, Sound Editing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw Software.
• Excellent Experience of using video editing tools.
• Good Time Management Skills

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred

Requirement:

• Min 2-3 Year Experience. Preferably in the E-commerce domain. 
• Proficient with both MySQL and NoSql Databases (Elastic, Mongo)
• Strong hold on  Python
• Experience with JavaScript/JQuery

• Working knowledge of a MVC front-end framework

• Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.

• Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
• Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
• Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.

• Worked with a B2C tech startup in Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
