You will directly work with the founders.

Outbound sales is a critical to generating meetings with qualified prospects. You will lay the foundation for and execute upon our outbound sales strategy.

The primary objective is to generate leads and setup meetings with qualified prospects by optimizing our outbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc.

Key Performance Areas / Deliverables:

• Timely finalization and submission of financial accounts & statutory reports.
• Accurate cash flow management and working capital control.
• Robust internal control systems and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Effective budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Smooth audit cycles (internal & external) with minimal audit findings.
• Effective management of receivables/debtors’ ageing and payables.
• Team performance, development and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) — preferably with ~5+ years of relevant experience; OR non-CA with ~10+ years of experience in finance & accounting roles (experience in social or non-profit organisations will be a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Leadership skills — team management, mentoring, performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Role : Installation Supervisor (ITMS)

Designation: RTMC Supervisor

Department: Traffic

Experience : 3-5 Yrs

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree with EC or Electricals

Position Summary:

The ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management System) Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, setup, and commissioning of ITMS components on-site. This includes managing installation teams, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems are installed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.

1     Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the installation of ITMS components including Variable Message Signs (VMS), traffic sensors, cameras, controllers, and other equipment at various locations.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the installation crew, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient and safe work practices are followed.
• Site Coordination: Liaise with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between various teams working on the project. Ensure site readiness for installation activities and resolve any site-related issues.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any installation issues or technical challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth system integration.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with local regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including daily progress reports, equipment inventories, and site conditions. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager
• System Testing & Commissioning: Supervise the initial testing of installed systems, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly before handover to the operations team.

2     Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Certification in project management or installation supervision (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising installations of traffic management systems, electrical systems, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with ITMS equipment and technology (VMS, traffic sensors, cameras, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of ITMS system components and their installation requirements.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, cabling, and network configurations.
• Basic understanding of traffic management principles and systems integration.

3     Working Conditions:

• Environment: Work will primarily be conducted at outdoor sites, including highways, construction zones, and other infrastructure locations.
• Physical Demands: The role may involve physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing, and working in challenging environmental conditions.
• Travel: The position may require travel to various project sites as needed.
