Senior Executive-Regulatory Affairs

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in storage and backup infrastructure, data migration strategies, and enterprise IT consulting. This individual will lead customer engagements, build methodologies, and deliver value through the ZENfra platform.

Experience in product implementation and customer support management is a strong plus, enabling this role to bridge consulting with hands-on delivery and post-deployment success.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Strategy:

Engage with enterprise customers to understand their infrastructure, pain points, and transformation goals.

Design and recommend migration strategies and modernization roadmaps for storage and backup environments.

Develop reusable methodologies and frameworks tailored to customer needs.

ZENfra Enablement:

Translate customer requirements into actionable insights using the ZENfra platform.

Build and deliver ZENpacks (customized solution bundles) including reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.

Collaborate with ZENfra product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities based on field feedback.

Product Implementation & Support:

Lead or support ZENfra platform deployments across customer environments.

Ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and integration of ZENfra components.

Manage customer support escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback to product teams to improve usability and performance.

Leadership & Delivery:

Lead and mentor a team of consultants and engineers across multiple customer engagements.

Prioritize tasks and manage delivery timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across projects.

Customer Success:

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them derive maximum value from VTG and ZENfra offerings.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on storage, backup, and data protection technologies.
• Proven experience in data centre migrations, cloud transitions, and infrastructure assessments.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and customer engagements.
• Hands-on experience with product implementation and customer support management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like ZENfra, ZENfra Ignite, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to create structured reports, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Experience working with global customers and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in storage technologies (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Veritas, Commvault).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.

Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

• Proficient in the development of Base Software in AUTOSAR.
• Experience in configuration of different AUTOSAR BSW components (Comms/DCM/DEM/Memory etc.)
• Experience working in any of the commercial AUTOSAR

Roles & responsibilities:-

Exposure to US/International Clients (Preferred) Prior Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization) / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills able to generate interest and engages the client during calls and emails.
• Manage projects, and establish productive, professional and profitable relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects.
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, and technology and manage resources, to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts.
• Responsible for client receivables; planning and execution of monthly retention.
• Candidates with Project Management, Digital Marketing & Technical Skills are Preferred.
• Preferred Location Noida.
• Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions of client escalations/queries.
• Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, 'get things done attitude, especially when faced with difficult circumstances.
• Achieves strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by company management.
• Good relationship-building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
• Sound computer skills, especially in the areas of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary actions required and always keeping the internal team updated.

• Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with the client to manage performance objectives, and customer- expectations and assess customer needs on an ongoing basis.

• Conduct online Javascript Training Sessions for today's youth as a Freelancer. (Also referred to as SOAL Learners)
• Conduct 1-1 online Mock interviews with the Learners to give them an understanding of what it takes to get hired in tech companies via feedback.
• Timings for the sessions conducted can be picked based on your flexibility.
• Get paid for the number of sessions you conduct each month. Your time is valuable.
