Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying ML models that can leverage multiple signal sources, to build a personalized user experience
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to identify the potential Data science applications
- Contribute by doing opportunity analysis, building project proposals, designing and implementation of ML projects, in the areas of Ranking, Embeddings, Recommendation engines, etc
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to design experiments, model implementations, and new feature creation
- Clearly communicate technical details, strategies, and outcomes to a business audience
What are we looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science using techniques including but not limited to regression, classification, NLP etc.
- Previous experience in model deployment, model monitoring, optimization and model interpretability.
- Expertise with Random forests, Gradient boosting, KNN, Regression and unsupervised learning algorithms
- Experience in using Neural Networks like ANN, RNN, Reinforcement Learning or Deep Learning etc.
- Solid understanding of Python and common machine learning frameworks such as XGBoost, scikit-learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow

- Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
- Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
- Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
- Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
- Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
- Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and collaborate with our sales, delivery, and support teams in the creation of sales-related documents, specifically pre-sales activities, documents, proposals, client presentations, due-diligence, risk assessments, and more.

Repository - You will be responsible for creating and maintaining case studies, introductory segment presentations, and samples in coordination with delivery and sales teams.
Pipeline Reporting- The role also involves sales pipeline reporting and tracking, including financial and sales activity reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all standard company presentations, brochures, and collaterals are up-to-date and indexed properly in the repository.
