iOS Developer (Swift Experience)

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to ManagementPedia.com by creating high-quality, valuable forum content. As a Content Creator & Forum Manager, your main responsibility will be to write informative, engaging, and topic-relevant replies or posts on our management forums. You will also help maintain and grow the forum community by starting new discussions and responding to existing threads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed replies or posts (minimum 500 words each) on ManagementPedia.com forums
• Ensure content is valuable, human-readable, and aligned with the topic
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist content creation (if desired)
• Create and manage discussion threads
• Meet daily/monthly posting targets (minimum 150–200 words per reply, with at least 500 words for assignments)
• Maintain content originality, coherence, and readability

Responsibilities:

● Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

● Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code

● Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

● Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

● Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

● Design interfaces to improve user experience

● Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features

● Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards

● Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols

● Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Requirements and skills:

● Proven work experience as a Mobile developer

● Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market

● In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Flutter Java

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

● Familiarity with OOP design principles

● Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

● Ability to perform in a team environment

● BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.,- Ensure continual knowledge management.,- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience required

Experience in developing React Native app for iOS and Android platform,

Knowledge of React Native available inbuilt UI components and the props those UI component accept,

Should have worked with major node modules such as react-native-maps, @react-native/community geolocation, offline database, etc,

Handle build for simulator and ipa/apk for UAT/Prod release with signing. (Release Management),

Should have worked and deployed iOS App

Should have worked on sqlite

Should have knowledge of database SQL ( Select and update queries)

• You have prior experience in Java
• You have a deep understanding of Android SDK, app fundamentals & different development frameworks, integration with backend / API
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visuals. Design skills are not required but you should be able to critique and modify existing designs
• You have a deep interest in technology
• You're ready to learn and use new technology

What you must have:

• Experience in iOS Development and / or apps on Apple store and must have handled atleast 2 projects.
• Software Development experience in Java, MVC / MVVM pattern, Objective C, Swift development.
• Familiarity with SDK Integrations, APNS, Cocoapods, Carthage, Networking, JSON structuring and working with REST APIs.
• Experience in collaborating on software projects using Git based Version Control Systems (FYI, we use Bitbucket).
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Have a basic knowledge of how Android Development works (for collaborating with the Android team and developing programming patterns which works for both Android & iOS)
• Have experience working in an E-Commerce project
• Have worked with graphic & memory optimization in apps
• Have a Github account with some cool projects in it.
• Have scary but amazing debugging skills.
