Job Title: Python Developer (Django / Databricks / Azure)

🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Django, Flask API development, Databricks, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, developing REST APIs, building data pipelines, and working with cloud-based data platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and maintain web applications using Django framework

✔ Design and build RESTful APIs using Flask

✔ Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks

✔ Integrate applications with Azure services (Blob, Data Factory, SQL, etc.)

✔ Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code

✔ Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data engineering teams

✔ Perform code reviews and ensure best practices

✔ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Django framework
• Experience building Flask-based REST APIs
• Experience working with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud services
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Understanding of CI/CD and Git workflows

🔹 Good to Have:

• Experience with PySpark
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Docker / Kubernetes exposure
• Experience in data engineering projects

Strong Experience in Java , Microservices , Spring boot ,RESTful API F2F round from client location ,Bangalore Retail or Supply chain domain experience is a must

Your Impact:

As a financial education platform, we expect you to have a holistic understanding of finance/capital markets (Stocks, etc).

StockPe is a highly collaborative environment and we are looking for a capable team member, skilled in eliciting, capturing, and integrating ideas into our mobile app. We expect strong logic building and great attention to time management.

Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across mobile platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Maintain and write high-quality code to ensure the product is seamless and bug-free.

• Participate in Agile development, POC development, brainstorming, etc.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other members for smooth and swift development.

Skills required:

• Expert-level knowledge of React Native

• Good working knowledge of state management library Redux

• Good knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets

• Good grasp of JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Experience in 3rd party integration

• An avid follower of the best practices, optimization strategies, and design pattern

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Design, create and maintain databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to production systems
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, monitor system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical specifcations to build scalable and reliable data solutions 
• Apply data modelling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time on production, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
• Develop complex query, performance tuning, stored procedures and triggers, scheduled jobs, schema refinement.
• Flexibility to work after office hours for any production issue or production deployment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years of database and backend development experience
• Good understanding of database systems and architectures
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Hands on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores like  MySQL and MongoDB
• Experience working with Python scripting and application development
• Experience working with Cloud applications and data stores like AWS RDS is a plus
• In-depth understanding of data management and ETL processes
