We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive / BDM who can:

• Identify and close mid-level & enterprise clients
• Sell SaaS subscriptions + high-ticket service projects
• Build partnerships with colleges and SMEs
• Handle complete sales lifecycle (Lead → Demo → Proposal → Closure)

This is NOT a cold-calling-only role.

We need someone who understands structured B2B selling.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Coordinate Sprints, Retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for internal / external communications
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requirements
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each
• Sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of user-centric and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital

products and platforms.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and

stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and elegant design solutions.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and

interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of at least 5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design

skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Experience with responsive and adaptive design, and a deep understanding of mobile-first design

principles.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional

teams.

• Strong C/C++ programming hands on experience
• Should have work experience on firmware development with strong Linux internals.
• Very good development, design and debugging experience on embedded firmware.

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.

• Work on the front end with ReactJS.
• Design and develop APIs for the frontend to consume.

• Developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, code review, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products
• Carefully evaluate the technical trade-offs of every decision
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Kotin with solid OOD principles, design patterns, dependency injection (Hilt/Koin/Dagger)

• Hands-On experience with Android’s debugging, unit/UI ­testing, memory, and performance optimization tools.
