Job Title: Business Analyst (BA)

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | 5 Days Working

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for freshers who have strong foundational skills and knowledge in both Business Analysis. This is a position where you will be responsible for manually handling tasks related to both business testing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Perform manual testing of software applications
• Prepare test cases, test plans, and report bugs clearly
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure product quality and requirement clarity
• Provide timely updates and reports on progress and findings

Requirements:

• Must have skills and knowledge in Business Analysis
• Must be able to manage both roles manually and independently
• Proficiency in tools related to BA
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
• Must be available to join immediately

Ideal Candidate

6+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers

Prior success as one of the first AEs at a startup; comfortable working in a fast-paced, early stage startup environment

Track record of consistently beating your quota

Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early stage setup

Strong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long sales cycle and pilot (free trials) heavy nature of deals.

Strong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to understand the product at a granular level; Ability to empathise with the end user, and understand their pain points

Strong first principles understanding of different stages of the sales funnel, and experience with good CRM hygiene

Strong first principles understanding of sales processes e.g. MEDDPICC

Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days.

MANDATORY - Willing to work in the US time zone (~4 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) because the majority of our clients are based in the US. You have flexibility on when you want to start your day in the afternoon (IST), or take breaks (e.g. family time, gym etc). This role will require you to stretch outside your comfort zone.

Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus

Experience catering to CFO persona is a plus

Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ and accounting systems is a plus

• Mandatory - Hands on experience in Python and PySpark.

• Build pySpark applications using Spark Dataframes in Python using Jupyter notebook and PyCharm(IDE).

• Worked on optimizing spark jobs that processes huge volumes of data.

• Hands on experience in version control tools like Git.

• Worked on Amazon’s Analytics services like Amazon EMR, Lambda function etc

• Worked on Amazon’s Compute services like Amazon Lambda, Amazon EC2 and Amazon’s Storage service like S3 and few other services like SNS.

• Experience/knowledge of bash/shell scripting will be a plus.

• Experience in working with fixed width, delimited , multi record file formats etc.

• Hands on experience in tools like Jenkins to build, test and deploy the applications

• Awareness of Devops concepts and be able to work in an automated release pipeline environment.

• Excellent debugging skills.

 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. (now’s the time to fight that irrational stage fright!).

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences (added advantage if you’re an extrovert, sorry).

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What duties does the job involve?

Primary Skills:

.Net/.Net Core, C#, OOPS and SQL Server as a key technology, which covers frontend and backend work. Knowledge of DevOps (building and deployment) and the Cloud is nice to have.

Role: Oracle Apps DBA Consultant 

Exp: 4-6 years

As Oracle Apps DBA, able to implement Patching, Cloning, Backup and restoring RMAN. Having experience in Oracle 11i RAC, ERP 12.2 & experience in Performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

• · The Oracle Applications DBA will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of Oracle EBS R12.2 applications & database, and other non-ERP Oracle databases.
