Reports To: Store Manager / Creative Director / Brand Head

Job Type: Full-Time ( 6 days working)

Job Responsibility :

We are looking for a stylish, customer-focused, and trend-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our team. You'll play a key role in elevating the customer experience by offering personalized style advice, curating looks, and guiding product choices based on current trends and individual client needs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate trends into wearable, brand-aligned looks.

Experience Required :

- Must have hands on development experience of 4 to 8 years.

Skills Required :

Candidate must have good experience in the following :

- Angular JS/Vue JS

- Java script/Jquery

- ASP.Net,

- SQL Server

- C#/LINQ

- WEB API Good To Have :

1. DevExpress / DevExtreme Third Party Control

2. HTML, CSS.

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• - Work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design and understand its functionalities and complexities.
• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation
• - Build modular, responsive templates using modern CSS techniques
• - Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.

• - 2+ years of industry experience as a Front End Developer Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Extensive knowledge HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap / ReactJS, AngularJS
• - Strong experience in JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Web Service based integration.
• - Experience (mandatory) with working Web Framework versions with exposure to creating components and handling AJAX calls.
• - Good to have knowledge in JIRA, GIT.
• - Strong knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.
• - Basic Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language
• - Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way

Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.

Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.

Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc to increase revenue targets. Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets. Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails. Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth. Provide training on affiliate management as needed. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues. Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.
