Professional Experience: 15+ Years of Leadership experience with at least 5 years in P&L role. Significant executive experience in e-commerce, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution, with a proven record of scaling businesses and driving profitability.

Enterprise & Strategic Sales: Demonstrable success in building C-suite relationships, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and executing strategic account management.

Investor & Board Interaction: Experience in managing investor relations, fundraising, and engaging with board-level stakeholders.

Experience:

Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience with at least 5 years in P&L roles.

Industry: Looking for candidates from B2B platforms, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution sectors only

Education: Candidates from premier institutions are preferred but not mandatory if offset by an exceptional track record.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the strategic architect and public face of Shakedeal, responsible for driving exponential growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to support and grow our fundraising efforts through CSR partnerships, institutional grants, and government RFPs. This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong networking skills, outreach, and relationship management to drive impact in education for underserved students.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Business Development:

Independently raise ₹1 Cr+ annually through CSR partnerships, grants, and government RFPs.

Identify, engage, and pitch to potential corporate, foundation, and government partners.

Develop impact-driven proposals, reports, and presentations to secure funding.

Track and respond to relevant government tenders (RFPs, EOIs, etc.) to expand funding opportunities.

Outreach & Partner Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, grant-making organizations, and government officials.

Actively call, email, and meet potential funders to generate new leads and close deals.

Ensure timely reporting and donor engagement to sustain long-term partnerships.

Assist in organizing donor meetings, conferences, and networking events to amplify iDreamCareer’s impact.

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Indore

Experience: 1–3 years

Industry: Advertising / Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients for digital marketing projects.
