Executive Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Account Manager (Techno-Commercial) to spearhead revenue growth and expand our market presence within the Healthcare and Lifesciences sectors. This role is designed for a strategic individual contributor who can bridge the gap between complex health-tech solutions and clinical/commercial outcomes. You will work closely with our Pharma Management teams to align data-driven insights with the strategic needs of pharmaceutical partners and large-scale hospital networks.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Design and execute commercial strategies tailored to the Indian market to accelerate revenue and achieve long-term corporate objectives.
- Account Planning: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify untapped opportunities, creating robust account plans for both business expansion and new territory entry.
- Stakeholder Management: Strengthen high-level partnerships within the clinical and technology domains, ensuring client needs are met while identifying paths for upselling and cross-selling.
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new enterprise clients using a disciplined, account-based sales approach.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the vital link between internal Research & Technology, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Pharma & Clinical Synergy: Collaborate with internal Pharma Managers to translate clinical data capabilities into actionable value propositions for MNC and domestic pharmaceutical companies.
- Industry Visibility: Act as a brand ambassador at major Health-Tech platforms, seminars, and industry conferences to enhance the organization’s thought leadership.
- Reporting: Utilize key performance metrics to provide the leadership team with transparent, data-backed updates on commercial health and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7–12 years of proven success in Business Development or Account Management within the Healthcare Technology space (preferably HIS/EMR, Medical Devices, or Clinical Trial platforms).
- Network: An active and robust network of CXO-level contacts within the Indian healthcare ecosystem, specifically targeting major Oncology/Cancer Care chains.
- Pharma Acumen: Direct experience or strong connections with MNC and India-based Pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.
- Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with the clinical domain, particularly in Targeted Therapy and Immunotherapy, will be considered a significant advantage.
- Stakeholder Navigation: Proven ability to manage cross-functional client relationships across Clinical, IT, Finance, and Legal departments.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field—ideally from a Tier-1 institution.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region or Pan-India as required by the business.
