Senior iOS Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

Required:

1. A minimum of 1 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
2. Understanding of Android Framework and Android app development.
3. Experience in developing android apps using Kotlin and latest frameworks
4. Knowledge and understanding of Design-Patterns and Data Structures.
5. Ability to develop Android applications using latest Frameworks like Retrofit, RxJava
6. Ability to write Unit test cases using the frameworks.
7. Knowledge about how to consume the REST API's
8. Understanding of Git/BitBucket or any version control system
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS

Preferred:

1. Understanding and usage of latest android frameworks like JetPack, Android Architectural components
2. Experience in mentoring the new team members and also the junior folks.
3. Exposure to various mobile architectures (ex: MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc..)
4. Experience in handling the Android app deployment process.
5. Experience in working in Agile methodology

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of iOS dev architecture and platforms.

• Experience with Core Data and Core Animation.
• Deep Knowledge of REST APIs, API call processing, and Client back end management.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, analytics, and other external SDK integration.
• Familiarity with Push notifications, Firebase, and GCM.
• Familiarity with Sketch+Zeplin.
• Experience with benchmarking and optimization.
• Proficient in using Git.
• Working knowledge of Jira integration.
• Proficient in TDD.
• Experience leading a feature to completion and release.
