Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist who can conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 3D assets that elevate product visualization, branding, and marketing communication. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to take full ownership of 3D design projects.
You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and content teams to craft immersive design experiences and visually compelling models.
Key Responsibilities
-Create high-quality 3D product visualizations and animations for marketing, product demos, and digital campaigns.
-Develop realistic models, textures, lighting, and rendering for various product categories.
-Lead end-to-end 3D design pipeline—from concept to final output.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, and product design.

Requirements
Must Have
-5–8 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist / 3D Designer.
-Strong hands-on expertise in software such as:
Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max / ZBrush / Unreal
Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
-Proven experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging & rendering.
-Portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D visual work & animations.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround timelines.
-Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, and visual design principles.

What You’ll Do
This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:
- Design, build and maintain the stream processing, and time-series analysis system which is at the heart of Conviva's products
- Responsible for the architecture of the Conviva platform
- Build features, enhancements, new services, and bug fixing in Scala and Java on a Jenkins-based pipeline to be deployed as Docker containers on Kubernetes

What you need to succeed
