School Activation Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience in store/inventory management within a manufacturing or engineering setup.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage and oversee the entire store

operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, material handling, and coordination with

purchase and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and issuance of materials.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Ensure compliance with company policies on material handling and safety standards.

• Manage store staff and monitor daily operations for accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory and material usage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred in Supply Chain or Material Management).

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Good communication, planning, and team management skills.

• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.

What are we looking for:

1. We are looking for someone that has an eye for design, solid experience in ReactJS, are value-driven and product-oriented. You will own all phases of user interface development.

4. 4+ years of experience in web frontend technology, including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
5. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management, particularly React.js and Redux.
6. Knowledge of 2D visualization libraries like D3 and 3D visualization tools such as Three.js and WebGL is a plus.
7. Expertise in developing solutions for complex problems and integrations, with a strong product sense to balance technical and product requirements.
8. Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech, learning experience & marketing.
9. Independent and capable of producing 'production ready' code with minimal guidance.
10. Proficient in performance optimization and CDN caching strategies.
11. Nice to have: Full stack experience working in backend.

• Partners with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into clearly defined analytical projects.
• Identify opportunities for text analytics and NLP to enhance the core product platform, select the best machine learning techniques for the specific business problem and then build the models that solve the problem.
• Own the end-end process, from recognizing the problem to implementing the solution.

• 12 to 15 yrs of experience.
• An advanced degree in predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence; or a degree in programming and significant experience with text analytics/NLP. He shall have a strong background in machine learning (unsupervised and supervised techniques). In particular, excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, logistic regression, MLPs, RNNs, etc.
• Experience with text mining, parsing, and classification using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Experience with information retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language

• Strong experience working with tools and platforms like Helm charts, Circle CI, Jenkins,

• Excellent knowledge of AWS offerings around Cloud and DevOps
• Strong expertise in containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes & Rancher
• Should be familiar with leading Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
• Strong experience in Python, Shell Scripting, Ansible, and Terraform
• Good command over monitoring tools like Datadog, Zabbix, Elk, Grafana, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, JFrog, Nagios, etc.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
