Egnyte is looking for a Performance Engineer to join our performance engineering team. As a Performance Engineer, you will drive proactive monitoring and improve automation for regular operational tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop tools to measure & monitor performance bottlenecks within the application
• Triage reported performance issues and translate them into reproducible test scenarios
• Collaborate with production Engineering and application engineering teams to design and execute production scenarios that will assess code and 3rd party performance
• Develop and run PSR tests and measure stats for them
• Work with various sub teams to ensure SLA of their core apis are tracked and maintained release over release
• Application and architecture code profiling
• Infrastructure and application performance tuning
• Troubleshooting performance issues
• Ability to distill volumes of data, analyze performance results, and diagnose performance problems
• Capacity estimating, modeling, or planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of work experience in performance engineering
• Expert knowledge and strong experience using tools, LoadRunner/JMeter etc. and understanding of APM solutions like Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc
• Experience with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure, GCP and application monitoring tools
• Strong expertise on monitoring and analyzing application logs, database reports, system metrics like CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters
• Strong expertise on identifying potential performance issues and providing recommendations to improve performance
• Proficiency in JVM technology and JVM troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in debugging application in production at a large scale
• JVM Profiling, GC Analysis and Tuning experience
• Experience with Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability Testing

What you’ll do:

• Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers • Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented • Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality • Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews • Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives • Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system • Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React, Web APIs and entity framework; AWS preferred • Exposure to design principles such as: SOLID/DRY design, Objectoriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc. • A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow • Ability to work well in a remote team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

You will be getting leads from the company. You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. You understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, record client feedback and maintain a customer database.

Tailor and Circus is looking to hire suitable candidates for the Product Manager role who will handle user-facing product experience (website) and is very data-driven. The role will be based either in Bangalore or Coimbatore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be focused on building consumer-facing applications for the Tailor and Circus website.
• You will be responsible for conceptualizing and building user experience across the website and other customer touchpoints.
• Define and manage all critical user journeys and conversion funnels across website and other customer touchpoints.
• You will be responsible for launch and change management of features going live on apps/website.
• You will work closely with PMs responsible for all key business areas (Marketing, Design and Tech) to create a simple and delightful experience for our users.
• You will have a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
• You will drive the strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth of a product area.
• You will work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics and more.) to deliver high-quality products.

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
