We are looking for a passionate and experienced Roblox Developer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing engaging Roblox games and experiences while collaborating with designers, artists, and backend teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop immersive games and experiences on the Roblox platform 
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Lua scripting.
• Implement game mechanics, UI systems, physics, and multiplayer features.
• Collaborate with game designers, 3D artists, and animators to bring concepts to life.
• Optimize game performance for smooth gameplay across devices.
• Integrate monetization systems (in-game purchases, game passes, etc.) 
• Debug, test, and maintain game features post-launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in game development (preferably Roblox) 
• Strong proficiency in Lua scripting 
• Hands-on experience with Roblox Studio.
• Good understanding of game physics, UI/UX, and gameplay mechanics.
• Experience in multiplayer game development and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling workflows and asset integration.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all releases across product and customer projects.
• Define and maintain the release calendar, identifying dependencies and managing risks proactively.
