Experienced Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable .NET applications and microservices supporting core 

retail operations.

• Build and maintain robust integrations using Kafka, REST APIs, and middleware 

components.

• Work closely with product, POS, merchandising, warehousing, and ERP teams to translate 

business needs into reliable technical solutions.

• Optimize system performance and ensure integrations remain stable across high-volume 

retail cycles.

• Implement best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.

• Troubleshoot production issues with speed and a cool head—especially when it impacts 

stores.

• Document technical designs, data flows, and integration contracts clearly.

Required Skills & Experience 

• 6–8+ years of hands-on full stack development using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and 

modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular preferred).

• Strong expertise in Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, schema registry).

• Solid experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.

• Prior experience in retail technology is non-negotiable—POS, inventory, warehousing, or 

ERP exposure is essential.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and caching 

frameworks.

• Experience building scalable, distributed systems that can handle peak loads.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on a contract basis.

Nice to Have 

• Experience with message brokers beyond Kafka (e.g., RabbitMQ)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Understanding of retail data models and omnichannel workflows

Responsibilities: 

• Design, code and deliver UI capabilities using Qt that would interact with backend python functionalities seamlessly. 
• Solve critical issues by coding in a hands-on and efficient manner.
• Developed CI/CD pipelines for corporate infrastructure. 
• Extensive hands-on experience developing frontend systems 
• Ability to assess and prioritise architectural components, features and bugs..
• Ability to work in an efficient startup creating innovative technology Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of industry Experience in frontend desktop application design and development. 
• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science Engineering, other branches of engineering from Tier 1 colleges. 
• Should have a good working knowledge of Qt. 
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, CSS and HTML5). 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills: 
• Attuned design sense so can collaborate with UX designers and hold high quality bars. 
• Strong Programming Skills in Python. Experience in Image Processing is a bonus 
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in full-stack development. Location: Bangalore Salary: Industry Standard with ESOP.

• Solid background and proven experience in the tech stacks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript

• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, ReactJS
• Understanding and Work experience in ES6, Redux, Regex, MaterialUI and MUIdatatables is a plus

• 4+ years experience in building consumer products
• experience of leading a team of 3 or more full stack developer
• Codeigniter Preferred 
• Good knowledge of Mysql and query optimisation
• Experience with PHP 7, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC frameworks (Bootstrap), API
• Experience with Ubuntu OS is a plus
• experience deploying softwares to cloud providers such as GCP, AWS

• Improving customer experience, not only for borrowers, but also other partners on the platform.
• Ensure seamless integration with data/ service providers and lending partners.
• When not doing any of above, write tests to prevent any regressions.
