Your Role at Pathfinder
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be primarily responsible for architecting and developing the platform that will be our interface with the outside world. You'll develop the platform end-to-end such that it is a reflection of who we are, our core capabilities and what we have to offer to the early stage startups.
What You’ll do
- Own the entire platform end-to-end. Develop and enhance our website and client dashboards.
- Convert UX/UI designs into modular, reusable and scalable components using Next.js and React.js
- Ensure applications are fully responsive and the visuals adapt to all resolutions, cross-browser and cross-device compatible.
- Optimize performance (lazy-loading, code-splitting) to reduce load times.
- Build backend systems, database that support CRUD operations.

Key Responsibilities
Translation Evaluation & Linguistics (70%)
- Evaluate and annotate LLM-generated translations for Japanese, covering nuanced, real-world usage across finance, communication, and culture.
- Compare AI outputs with high-quality human translations, identifying errors in phrasing, idioms, tone, and contextual accuracy.
- Apply annotation and scoring frameworks (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, COMET) to ensure quality benchmarks.

AI/LLM Collaboration (30%)

The Strategy group is focused on moving the discipline forward into a new era of consumer and media behaviour impacted by the rapid digital transformation in India. Your role will focus on data-linked insights and business solutions. You’ll find all the usual Strategy responsibilities apply - inspiring and applying audience, market and product insights; creating
robust media lead strategies and tactics to further our client’s business and communication objectives. This will also entail working with our internal teams and partner agencies to develop and present the most interesting ideas.

A bit about yourself:
● At least 14 years of relevant experience (strategy, media, consulting, research)

● Ability to navigate both the digital ecosystem not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, OTTs, and Linear TV, other offline media – to drive integrated communication process
