* Customize and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC to meet specific business requirements.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications as needed.
* Optimize LWC code for performance, ensuring smooth and responsive user interactions.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Extracting and analysing data from HR systems and preparing simple to complex reports.
• Conduct exit interviews and complete separation formalities. Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement Process.
• Coordinating with the facility management contractors for invoices, payments, etc.
• Hospitality for Visitors and New Staff.
Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate- MBA-HR
• Work experience for an International School
• 2-3 years and above of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi.
• Related working experience as Executive Assistant in other international schools or companies is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good organisation skills.
