Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Team Lead who will be
responsible for leading the sales team, setting clear KPI & KRA frameworks, and
driving revenue growth. The role involves managing team performance, creating
measurable targets, tracking productivity, and ensuring alignment with overall
business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor KPI and KRA frameworks for the sales team.
Define clear performance metrics such as revenue targets, conversion rates,
pipeline growth, client acquisition, and retention.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company
objectives.
Track individual and team performance against KPIs and provide actionable
insights.
Continuously review and refine KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
Identify skill gaps and organize training or development sessions.
Ensure accountability and ownership across the team.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closures.
Ensure proper lead management and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales data and share insights with management.
Ensure CRM is updated with accurate and timely data.
Streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency.
Implement best practices and tools for performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a team lead role.
Strong experience in creating and managing KPIs/KRAs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and CRM tools.
Ability to drive team performance and meet deadlines.
