Role Overview

As a Research Intern, you will assist in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing academic and industry literature related to entrepreneurship. You will help structure research findings into summaries and reports that contribute to doctoral-level academic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on entrepreneurship and related topics using academic databases and journals.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize research articles, case studies, and reports.
• Assist in structuring research findings into organized notes and summaries.
• Provide support in drafting academic writing sections, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain proper referencing and citation in line with academic standards (APA/MLA).
• Provide timely updates and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Track tasks, instructions, and deadlines provided by the CEO.
• Be persistent in following up CEO to ensure research progress is on track.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in entrepreneurship research.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Business, Management.
• MBA or BBA graduates are preferred.
• Candidates should have prior internship experience.
• Strong interest in academic research, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

● Lead the end-to-end instructional design process to create engaging, scalable, and user-centric learning content.

● Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), guides, and job aids.

● Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning principles, industry best practices, and company objectives.

SaaS Integration Training

● Design and deliver training programs focused on SaaS platform integration, API usage, and customization workflows.

● Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform updates, integration capabilities, and best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

● Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

● Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.

● Collaborate with customer success, product management, and marketing teams to align training with customer journeys.

Technology & Tools

● Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create e-learning modules.

● Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and distribute content effectively.

● Integrate multimedia elements, interactive simulations, and assessments into training materials to enhance engagement.

Metrics & Improvement ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, performance data, and completion rates.

● Continuously iterate on learning content to improve quality and relevance.

● Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing, support) to incorporate customer insights and real-world use cases into training content, ensuring that all learning solutions meet both business and customer needs.

● Align training content with business and customer success goals, ensuring measurable impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to optimize learning outcomes and business results.

● Utilize an agile instructional design approach to quickly adapt training content in response to evolving product features, customer feedback, and business requirements. Regularly update and improve course materials to keep pace with product updates.

● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of training initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. Manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.

● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

● Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing tools, and graphic design software.

● Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.

- Working closely with the Credit, Business, and Compliance team to manage and mitigate risk exposure.

- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking loan documents & timely preparing various MIS reports.
